The house came out great in the end... but there were several things that I had to point out needing to be fixed. Had I not said anything they would have been left as is and for the amount of money being spent that is not acceptable. We had the porch ceiling covered in Hardie Board, will never do that again. We had it removed, yes we paid for it and ended up with nothing in the end. We never received a phone call back with a quote on other options for the ceiling, so it's still the way it was prior to this job, but with 50 holes in the stucco that had to be filled. In the end, the house looks amazing and we get compliments all the time!
The finished product is excellent. Any issues that arose were addressed and the overall quality was awesome. I would hire this company again.
The entire process was well communicated. Everyone acted professionally, and I was able to meet the owner before I made my decision. He was great on his input and followed through on his work. The construction manager was awesome and very detailed. The installation is beautiful, and I have it now for over a year.
They did a great job. I have no issues, it was exactly what we expected and has enhanced the appearance of the house.

In the last couple of years we had 2 different companies do our siding for our house. The first company did a good job I thought. Specialty siding did 74% of my house, fascia cover and soffit. The other company didn't put flashing above the windows or put in light mounts.
This is the second time I have used Specialty Siding for siding and windows. The first time was 14 years ago. They are very professional and courteous. I am very impressed with the quality of the siding and would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Specialty Siding! Debbie from the office was extremely nice. My project manager, Eric, had some great ideas and provided excellent service on my project. And of course, the construction crew did an incredible job on my home as well. If you choose to use them, there is a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it! I am known to be a perfectionist so if I am satisfied, I believe you will be too!
I could write a novel about how many times no one would get back to me for weeks. When you call you get a full mailbox and literally have no way of reaching the company while you are trying to get a job done. It was a new form of human torture dealing with this company. I have never left a complaint before nor have I ever experienced such horrible service. I am a business manager myself and unless Elizabeth is the owner she should be let go. She will bankrupt your company. I had multiple postponements that were not communicated to me until the day AFTER the job was supposed to start. I literally called almost everyday for the days leading up to the job start because no one had reached me yet to go over the details. Almost every time I called the "mail box was full". When I was actually able to leave a message I didn't get a return call. Even my emails went unanswered for many days....until I finally got a response AFTER the job was actually supposed to start. TWICE this same thing happened. Shame on me for not switching to another company the first time around. Eric the salesman was helpful but once you sign on the dotted line you end up dealing with the office staff which is horrendous. The quality of the crew is limited as well. Forgot to replace our address light, needed to redo a section and also left boards will nails hanging on our roof at the end of the job.
I think that Specialty Siding did an excellent job on all aspects of the work. They were not the cheapest estimate I got, but I really liked Jack and I felt like he was being honest and open and would do an excellent job. The work was done relatively quickly and the job site was clean and safe at all times. I am very happy with the siding work and would recommend others to consider Specialty Siding. Top notch from start to finish.
