The house came out great in the end... but there were several things that I had to point out needing to be fixed. Had I not said anything they would have been left as is and for the amount of money being spent that is not acceptable. We had the porch ceiling covered in Hardie Board, will never do that again. We had it removed, yes we paid for it and ended up with nothing in the end. We never received a phone call back with a quote on other options for the ceiling, so it's still the way it was prior to this job, but with 50 holes in the stucco that had to be filled. In the end, the house looks amazing and we get compliments all the time!

The finished product is excellent. Any issues that arose were addressed and the overall quality was awesome. I would hire this company again.

The entire process was well communicated. Everyone acted professionally, and I was able to meet the owner before I made my decision. He was great on his input and followed through on his work. The construction manager was awesome and very detailed. The installation is beautiful, and I have it now for over a year.

They did a great job. I have no issues, it was exactly what we expected and has enhanced the appearance of the house.

In the last couple of years we had 2 different companies do our siding for our house. The first company did a good job I thought. Specialty siding did 74% of my house, fascia cover and soffit. The other company didn't put flashing above the windows or put in light mounts.

This is the second time I have used Specialty Siding for siding and windows. The first time was 14 years ago. They are very professional and courteous. I am very impressed with the quality of the siding and would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Specialty Siding! Debbie from the office was extremely nice. My project manager, Eric, had some great ideas and provided excellent service on my project. And of course, the construction crew did an incredible job on my home as well. If you choose to use them, there is a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it! I am known to be a perfectionist so if I am satisfied, I believe you will be too!

I could write a novel about how many times no one would get back to me for weeks. When you call you get a full mailbox and literally have no way of reaching the company while you are trying to get a job done. It was a new form of human torture dealing with this company. I have never left a complaint before nor have I ever experienced such horrible service. I am a business manager myself and unless Elizabeth is the owner she should be let go. She will bankrupt your company. I had multiple postponements that were not communicated to me until the day AFTER the job was supposed to start. I literally called almost everyday for the days leading up to the job start because no one had reached me yet to go over the details. Almost every time I called the "mail box was full". When I was actually able to leave a message I didn't get a return call. Even my emails went unanswered for many days....until I finally got a response AFTER the job was actually supposed to start. TWICE this same thing happened. Shame on me for not switching to another company the first time around. Eric the salesman was helpful but once you sign on the dotted line you end up dealing with the office staff which is horrendous. The quality of the crew is limited as well. Forgot to replace our address light, needed to redo a section and also left boards will nails hanging on our roof at the end of the job.

I think that Specialty Siding did an excellent job on all aspects of the work. They were not the cheapest estimate I got, but I really liked Jack and I felt like he was being honest and open and would do an excellent job. The work was done relatively quickly and the job site was clean and safe at all times. I am very happy with the siding work and would recommend others to consider Specialty Siding. Top notch from start to finish.

The Project Manager, Eric, kept me up to date on the status of the job. The work crew was professional, courteous and quick. A few minor items were not done as I requested but overall I am satisfied with the finished project. I had asked about an electrician being available and was told they did have one on staff. Unfortunately he was on a job in San Diego the week my project was being done.At the end of the job it took over one week to get the portable toilet removed from my front yard. When I asked about the "touch up kit' shown in the brouchure I was told they no longer would make those available. They did say that they would send someone out if I needed repairs. This seems inconvenient for small problems.

There are a few things that are outstanding that we are waiting to get completed. We have solar on our house. We had to pay to have it removed. They were supposed to pay to have it reinstalled. It has not been reinstalled yet. One of the rain gutters was broken by the dumpster. No one from the company has called me about any of these issues. There was two design elements that the salesperson identified and the installers didn't do what was indicated. The installer didn't follow the install plan. He did a really good job though.

Specialty Siding is a great company to work with. They know what they are doing. The management and all people I interacted with during our siding project were professional and helpful. You won't go wring with Specialty Siding. They will make your property look great and attractive. I would definitely recommend Specialty Siding for any siding project.

The experience with Specialty Siding was great, it took a bit of time to get the job done because they were quite busy, but well worth the wait. My house looks amazing now.

If I had my own construction company I would have stolen their crew. They just did a phenomenal job.

I am really pleased with the quality of the finished project and enjoyed the working relationship. There are frequent surprises and problems on a total residing like this, but the crew willingly did a first class job on all of them and never tried raising the price. Their answer always was "That's included in the estimate." I wish all contractors were like this.

The workers at Specialty Siding are skilled however, they do not speak English very well and their professionalism could be improved.

The quality of the workmanship by the crew was not good. The followup from management was good, but could not compensate for the poor workmanship.

Specialty Siding's staff was great from start to finish and exceeded expectations for our first home exterior project. Dave was quick and thorough with responses and didn't play games or waste time with the initial estimate like one of my other bids did (which was refreshing and much appreciated). Isaiah and other crew with him worked efficiently and were very polite and attentive to our questions and requests. We will definitely be using Specialty Siding again for the replacement of our slider and any other relevant projects, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
