The whole process was great beginning with the sales visit, through contact and updates while waiting for materials to scheduling. The install team led by Albert was OUTSTANDING. He gave us a great walkthrough and demonstration once they were complete. Joshua also stopped by later and gave us another one.

We replaced all the windows in our house. From the minute Frank, our sales guy, visited for the initial estimate, I was comfortable with the company. I felt the price was fair, including discounts for cash, veteran, and window replacement options. He explained everything clearly with a friendly, "kitchen table" manner. The windows were ordered and about 6 weeks later we scheduled the install. Kyle expertly guided his team and the work was completed in ONE day! Greg did the window removal and replacement and Martin consulted on some structural work which was expertly completed by Pablo. At the end of the day, everything was finished and cleaned up. One latch was too tight and required a minor adjustment and one screen needed to be repaired which Horacio completed the following day. I was dreading the drama of this replacement but the folks at Southwest Exteriors made it reasonable, painless, affordable, and they did it with smiles and a can-do attitude. We couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to everyone (including Lindsi in the office).

If everything and everyone would be clear I would say that but it’s not. I literally compare Southwest Exteriors to every other company I do business with. If another company does not treat me with the exceptional customer service that Southwest Exteriors exhibits I will seriously consider not using them.

My home looks fabulous! I am so pleased with all the work on my home. And, I have a beautiful new door that is absolutely gorgeous and updates the whole house. The workers were on time, communicated clearly, and did outstanding work. Some of the repairs to the soffits and siding were a bit complicated, but they figured it all out and it turned out so well.

We had an overall positive experience with SW Exteriors. Communication was maintained regularly throughout the process. We liked that the sales manager asked what qualities we look for in a business to work with, which we said was honesty and professionalism and good communication and we feel that was accomplished. We had all of our windows in our home replace which was a BIG job and a BIG expense and all the timelines were very well communicated. The window install crew was also professional and hard working and it was easy to see that they take pride in their work and always cleaned up after each instal day. They even pointed out scratches in the glass that I would not have not initially noticed and the crew lead quickly had the project manager order 2 window replacements. The project manager also dropped off additional window buttons after I realized there was a missing one and that was about 2 weeks after the job was done. Close to all of our windows are full "picture"windows with tempered glass with no grids and bronze on the outside and white on the inside. I refuse to put up blinds on the bottom floor of the home because I want to see the whole window, all the light and all the beauty. The windows are absolutely amazing and have changed the look of our home immensely...we are the envy of the neighborhood!

We have really enjoyed our SW Exterior work! Several of our neighbors had theirs done after seeing ours! We had our home "washed" down recently BUT we are still waiting for someone to come to do the caulking touch ups that were promised. Please let us know when that will occur!

Not only was the finished product well done, the staff was great.

I was requesting to have work done by Thanksgiving, Jake informed me that the door and windows are custom made. Since he was well versed in the door and window installation process he was able to measure same day as visit. They got my door and windows installed all before Thanksgiving! So happy with the whole experience. Will be doing siding on the house and Southwest Exterior will be our go to company from now on.
