Enjoyed ease of process

Likely to recommend above any other window/door company. The attitude of the company is kind, friendly and professional. They stand by their products 100 percent.

All appointments were on time. Not much paperwork.

Professionally done both the actual installation and the paint touch up.

Did an excellent job-keep us informed

Overall they did a decent job. I guess I assumed the installers would know a little more about how to start the first course of siding. I really don’t understand how they determined what height to start. The siding should have started at the same height as the existing. Definitely no way to fix it now other than redoing it.

Appreciate the communication from start to finish

Very up front. They check the measurements twice on different days.

The people worked with me on anything I asked.

Everyone starting with Martin who did an excellent job of providing us information to make our decision and everyone we came in contact or talked with helpful, knowledgeable and outstanding!

Everyone was great, from the office staff, paint consultant, project manager, installation crew and punch list guy. Always felt they wanted to do the best job possible. The house looks great now!

I guess my only issue is that if I am told something whether it is the sales person or anyone at the company for that matter I expect them to keep their word. For instance, our first payment was supposed to be 3 months after installation, but that didnt happen. We were also told that the window surrounded by stucco was only going to cost us 500, and that if it was over, it would be covered by the company, and of course that didnt happen.

Everyone knew what was to be done, stayed in touch with us and each other.

My experience was personable every step of the way. It always felt like I was working with a person who cared about my needs. It never felt like I was working with some obscure company.

Honest company and very easy to work with.

The work looks great. They were excellent to work with in every step.

We are very happy with our windows. They've completely changed the way our house looks.

The people arrived when they said they would. The finished product is lovely.

Quality job, quality people from the sales staff, to the installers, to the quality control person. No pressure to buy and everyone eager that we are completely satisfied. The windows and follow-up painting/clean-up look great!

People and expertise

I appreciated the courtesy of all SW Exterior employees. I appreciated that they kept us informed & were on time.

We recently had a new exterior door installed. We can’t be more happy with this addition.

Have better samples, be more realistic in your promises that your service (installing team) is what sets you apart. I feel they did a good job considering, nothing like your website or sales person said.

The entire process of replacing our windows was wonderful from sales through installation.

House left a mess (damage and dirty), windows not clean, nails in driveway. Failed city inspection.

Very responsive. Explained the process thoroughly. Always on time. Answered all our questions.

Knowledgeable, courteous, careful worker. Great product. Good communication between client and company.

good product and sales to install experience.

My home improvement project was carefully designed and expertly completed. The design, project management, installation, paint, and punch crews were highly skilled, admirably professional, and pleasingly personable throughout the process. I am very highly satisfied with the outcome.

Very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. They ensure that you are getting the best product for your house and at the right cost.

We have been impressed with Southwest Exteriors during each step of the process beginning with the estimate.

Very pleasant experience. They help you all the way through the process.

Workmanship and pride in doing work well is clearly evident.

I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process.

I was provided detailed information on what to expect and kept informed of the progress in the project.

Everybody was on the same page and everything happened when it was supposed too

Lindsi, Jake and Josh were outstanding!

High integrity from design quote to on schedule completion

I have heard of Southwest Exteriors for many years. I had the opportunity to recently use them and I now understand why others rave about this company. Without hesitation, I will, and have already, recommended to my friends and neighbors.

From sales to competition, this was a very pleasant experience. Everything that was quoted was completed and looks great. My wife and I feel as if our house has a new face lift. Very happy!

Everyone was kind, polite, and informative.

The installer and quality of product that was recommended by swe was superb and installers were super great finished job is the second to none

SW Exteriors lives up to their reputation. Would highly recommend.

The entire door replacement was easy. It turned out beautiful. They were quick very friendly and no mess left behind. Have another door to replace later, I will be calling back.

Work was done in a very timely manner and the work was excellent.

Professional in all aspects with focus on our needs during design and installation. Communication was excellent across all stages.

Every step of the project (consultation, quote, scheduling, project execution, project management and finish work) met or exceeded my expectations. I could not be more happy with the outcome of the project and the experience with SWE.

Absolute professionals. Great customer service selling and installing a high quality product. The front office communication is the best too…very helpful.

Already have, multiple times!

They are committed to the task.
