Everyone starting with Martin who did an excellent job of providing us information to make our decision and everyone we came in contact or talked with helpful, knowledgeable and outstanding!

Everyone was great, from the office staff, paint consultant, project manager, installation crew and punch list guy. Always felt they wanted to do the best job possible. The house looks great now!

I guess my only issue is that if I am told something whether it is the sales person or anyone at the company for that matter I expect them to keep their word. For instance, our first payment was supposed to be 3 months after installation, but that didnt happen. We were also told that the window surrounded by stucco was only going to cost us 500, and that if it was over, it would be covered by the company, and of course that didnt happen.

Everyone knew what was to be done, stayed in touch with us and each other.

My experience was personable every step of the way. It always felt like I was working with a person who cared about my needs. It never felt like I was working with some obscure company.
