I had a great experience from beginning to end. The installation crew was cordial, experienced and hard-working. They did neat work, and cleaned up thoroughly when the installation was completed. We are so happy and excited about the under decking, and how it completely transforms our deck area! There was a leak around the ceiling fan, which caused its failure. I didn't stress about it because my experience with Southeastern Underdeck had been exceptional. And, besides - things happen. They sent technicians out in a timely manner, they fixed the problem and we received a new replacement ceiling fan.
The staff is courteous, and have a great customer satisfaction attitude. Michelle is absolutely wonderful! I wish other companies would take their customer service model from the staff at Southeastern Underdeck. I highly recommend this company without hesitation!
The whole experience was a pleasure from the original contact with the salesperson to the crew who did the installation. This included contact with the office staff who were always efficient and polite.
There maybe others offering this service, however from initial contact, to 1st onsite survey/estimate, all the way through finished project, I cannot imagine ever finding a better company to work with.

We've loved our Underdeck System since it was installed in 2017. When panels were recently displaced and slightly damaged by an unprecedented windstorm, SEUD was quick to respond to our repair needs and did an excellent job in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.They provide a great product with outstanding customer service.

The team that came on site was very professional and highly skilled. I has some lighting and fan electrical boxes roughed in and they we able to easily adjust them to fit the new under decking. Everything looks perfect and is leak free!
