Great experience starting out about nine months ago. I interacted with more than one sales associate and they both interacted well; provided me all information requested and they were very patient during decision making process. The installation happened during COVID-19 lockdown and Master Electrician - Charlie was very courteous, provided lot of information during install and he took all required safety precautions. Panel installer were great as well with their work. Overall great experience.

When Tim Thompson sold these to us he was great and on top of everything every day. Then it was sent to Will and then a Nick who never followed up. I had to do all of the reaching out , if it wasn't for Tim I would have said forget it a d this is after I gave 2 referrals. I would love to give more referrals as people approach me but I wouldn't want to give someone I know to someone with poor customer follow up. It's not worth the $500 fee to me.
Unfortunately there’s is some miss leading information in the beginning. It Was not fully disclosed on what my house could look like with additional trim. They did such a beautiful job on squaring up and making the solar panels look symmetrical. But, unfortunately it looks unfinished when you can see the bone structure of the bright aluminum solar brackets, VERY visible from ground level. It’s not aesthetically pleasing to me, as I stressed from the beginning those where my major concerns, appearance . I would’ve been happy with paying the extra few dollars or so for the trim. Now the company is making it my fault that I should’ve known better. I should have been provided with all the information in the beginning . Very dissatisfied.
From start to finish this thing took many months to complete. There was a work stoppage due to COVID however I feel 7 months is was too long
They need to have a coordinator so that everyone involved in the project only had to contact one person.

I have already referred a few people and at least has purchased. I did a lot of research based on factors such as company age, price, panel selection, sales tactics, in house work, warranty and Solar Energy World was the best. Paul, Brian and the whole team made sure to answer every question I had.

The guys came on time. They worked the whole entire day. They didn't take breaks and they did an outstanding job.
They were very professional. After installation they came back and inspected for quality assurance. We like them a lot because they came back checked the work from top to bottom. One part was not aligned the panel on our house and a man came out and fixed that so that it would be straight with the roof edge. Before it looked a little off. We liked him a lot.
The install was done well. I have not used them system I had installed.
I had an issue with the finance company and the CEO took care of it for me.
Nearly 9 months and still not done! Take away 3 months of Covid, still that makes it 6 months and I am still waiting!
Outstanding service from analysis to installation.
I wish the other homes with solar panels around my neighborhood had the appearance mine does, no ugly conduit, wires, and other things sticking out like sore thumbs. Have a nice "Clean" and professional appearance .
Installation crew was amazing did beautiful work.
Solar Energy World has been informative and very helpful during the process.
They left my place a mess. I had to clean up after them. One of the computers is down, and I have yet to hear from anyone as far as fixing it.
I have already recommended them.
