Steve Mowray is a great guy. He gave me a clear and honest presentation of solar and I had four or five other estimates - only Steve was fully clear and honest. I have also felt like every step of the process was communicated well and the on site install crew was great.

Communication and updates were poor throughout the process. We had people call and cancel appointments, then show up, deadlines were not met until we followed up, and the workers left a message in or basement and around the house.
