The representative was professional and clearly explained the differences between the products they offered. Davis Rhea was also knowledgeable about other products that Smith Roofing did not provide. He described the minimum requirements for my area and explained how the various shingles were rated. This information helped me narrow my options down to 2 products instead of 6.

Had a complete replacement of sheathing and roofing materials and the results are just beautiful. Nice smooth, aligned appearance. I just go out and stare at it and marvel at the difference in the appearance of my home. All of this done without any damage to some pretty extensive seasonal plantings. I could have not asked for a more expert job.

Helping with the insurance claim was a huge benefit for us. Also, the work to be done was well explained and we are very pleased with the new roof.

We liked everything about Smith Roofing from the initial sales rep Chris M who did an awesome job of presenting the sales pitch to accurately measuring our house. He just made us feel fully confident in the company and we were! The installers did excellent quick work and were safety minded the whole time. You could see their intention was to please the customer and they did. The cleanup afterwards was very meticulous.

The quality of the workmanship on the installation of our exterior siding and the caulking and painting of it was second to none. A recent contractor I had working on our deck commented that he thought the paint on the siding had been factory applied, that’s how flawless it was. The crews were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after each day.

My wife and I feel like Thomas gave us reasonable price to replace all the old flashing as well as replacing the cap, cleaning and sealing our chimney and a complete roof replacement. Also, we are very pleased with the leadership of project manager Rickie Leinenweaver and his crew who was led by Margrito as they did a magnificent job in one day. Communication was good during the process. It was a very long process to get from the signed contract to the work installation, and we had some bumps along the road that have been mostly remedied.
