I was told Mad City's warranty was better than other window manufacturers with less exceptions, however, after the windows were installed I was given the warranty and there were exceptions and limitations on the warranty that had been represented at the sale as being covered. At that point, what choice did I have but to sign the document. This warranty should be provided at the time of purchase!

Had my bathroom redone. Mike J. was primary installer. My new shower& tub look great. Everyone at Mad City has been wonderful from the woman who did the estimate to Mike J. The installer to new window frame installation done as a follow-up to the custom management over the phone , everything went well. I am enjoying my new bathroom. Very professional and answered all concerning questions about the renovation. I would recommend them to anyone looking into having a bathroom or windows installed.

Sales, measuring and construction crew were all easy to talk to and ask questions. The guarantee for lifetime is good. Done in a timely way. But it is expensive.

Blake,Adam,Jeremy, Derek and Carter did our installation. They started at 9:00 AM. We did not see them take a break until the job was done near 8:00 PM. 10 windows and backyard slider. They are beautiful and work perfectly. Cleaned everything up including taking all the old windows away. Once paid off we will contact them for more windows. We have about thirty windows in our house. Thank you Mad City. Awesome!

Mad City Windows & Bath - Sioux Falls was very efficient, worked well together, and got the job done.

From making the sale to doing all parts of the process and the installation was excellent. One thing I would change would be more personal phone calls instead of text messaging. When you text, you do not have the person you are textings response like you would on a phone call. On a phone call most times you get a response but with texting you don’t get a response until later or maybe not at all. I know I’m old fashioned but I prefer a phone call and the response buy the other party immediately.
Not a major difficulty process but my preference. The installation buy Paul was great. He was very considerate of my needs, like making sure my Cat didn’t get out when he needed to go out for whatever reason. He explained everything and I really enjoyed our time together.

Everyone was extremely kind and professional. They did and amazing job on our kitchen cabinets. Superior product. Cleaned up nice when they were done as well. I plan on using you guys for future projects and will recommend to family and friends.

The installers were friendly and respectful of my home. They did excellent work and tried to do each install one at a time so that my home didn't get too cold. And I'm wonderful surprise at the end - they removed all the stickers and washed the inside of my windows! I hate to cover the up with curtains, they are so beautiful.

Very professional and efficient. About 7-1/2 hours start to finish, including setting drop cloths from the front door to the bath, all the demolition and removal of the old tub and plumbing fixtures, custom fitting the new shower pan, walls, plumbing and hardware. Removing all the debris and cleaning the area.

I found the production time of the product to be timely. Delivery was timely. Instillation was better than expected. The experience was very successful. I am pleased.
