Our pipes busted from the freeze in 2021. After finally getting ServPro to come out to do the repairs and working with the insurance company, it took over a year. So we didn't get the repairs completed until the beginning of 2022. I had to keep calling the project manager to see when someone will be coming out. He kept promising someone was coming or would call and they never did, I ended up calling 2 or 3 more times for everything! I had to chase them down to get them to come and do the work. So be prepared for them to leave you hanging and not be on top of the repairs.

Very professional company. Everybody I dealt with from office personnel to contractors and workers was informative and professional. The estimator who came to my house took his time and made sure he looked at everything so there was nothing missed. He and the contractor explained the work to be done and all my questions answered before work was started. The work was done fast and I'm happy with the outcome. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

They are a waste of money. They half did the whole job and took six months to do it. I wouldn't recommend Servpro to anybody. I have bamboo floors and when they came in they dropped their products on the floor, causing the floors to buckle. They then blamed me for the buckles in my floor, and said it was my fault because I didn't care for my floors properly. They left water on the cement floors in my basement. They need to take classes and get re-certified. They suck. They stole $1500 worth of tools from me, and then only gave $500 back to me for my tools. I have a police report of this incident.

When they brought my stuff back to me they are very professional. When they came into the house they started working immediately and didn't stop. They kept on doing their job and did it well. They worked very fast. Monica was in charge of the group that came to my home and she was right on top of everything. She was very courteous, respectful, and very helpful. I didn't have any complaints at all.

While having a flood in your house is stressful, the staff at ServPro were always very professional and helpful in fixing the problems. The job took much longer than we anticipated, but there were specific situations unique to this house that precipitated the issues. ServPro were always willing to go above and beyond to make things right for us.

The service was exemplary. Giving awesome customer service and still being professional through the entire process. Wanted to especially give a special thanks to Robert Cryer for going above and beyond a really manager duties and making sure all needs were totally completed.

Everyone that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and polite. The only thing that I was not happy about was that they did not clean up after the job was done. The bathrooms where very dirty and also the floors. I thought that at least a basic cleaning to the bathrooms and floors was going to be done. Overall everything else was good.

They did an outstanding job. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. They made us feel secure that our project would be handled correctly.

ServePro is a very professional company! Everybody was just fantastic and I have already recommend them to a number of my friends. I will definitely use them again if and when I need to.

Nothing that we were told was correct. We were told that the job was going to take no longer than two weeks. It ended up taking 5 weeks and we were given excuse after excuse as to why we should have just accepted the way that the extremely poor service that we were getting. In the end we told them that we did not want to sign anything that said that we were satisfied with the service that we had received and were told that if we did not sign a statement saying that we were satisfied so that they could get paid by the insurance company that they would send us to collections for it. The customer service that we received was atrocious and we are not in any way shape or form happy with the service that we received.

The ServPro employees are great. But, keep an eye on their contractors. I had to point out several quality issues with the remodel. The ServPro management team saw to it that the issues were corrected. But, I don't think they would have known if I hadn't pointed the issues out. That may be the standard that may be the standard way of doing business for contractors. But that doesn't mean it's ok. In my opinion, a contractor could make a name for themselves very quickly by just doing it right the first time. In the end, everything turned out ok. But, ServPro would have five stars from me if I didn't feel like I needed to babysit the contractors to make sure they were doing it right.

Additional Comments - This service made my life so easy as I had no idea where to go or how to coordinate it had it been left to me to take care of.

They were hardworking and dependable contractors. There was a minor issue brought to their attention. I understand that when mother nature calls we have to go to the restroom, but they continuously used my bathroom and there was a time or two when the toilet didn't get flushed. I brought this to the attention of the superintendent and supervisor and the supervisor advised me that they shouldn't be using the clients restroom, but instead finding somewhere else to go. That needs to be addressed to ServPro and their contractors.

ServPro was professional, keeping me posted with their schedule and what to expect next. They worked hard and did not waste time.

From beginning to end ServPro was great. They were there within an hour of our flooding, and always kept us in the loop as to the next steps to repair our home. They always showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very professional. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from ServPro

My Insurance company recommended this company when a pipe burst in my master bathroom overnight and flooded my bedroom and the dining room while I was asleep. It was an exhausting experience but this company took over 100% and made it as painless as possible. They ripped out the wet laminate, tore out sheet rock, removed all my furniture, clothing etc and stored it in their climate controlled storage facility. I forgot to mention they had a crew come in and pack everything-logged it all and took pictures so it would be put back exactly as was before the flood. I am disabled and this honestly was over whelming to deal with and I could not have gotten through the whole process without this company. They were truly AMAZING! They deserve a 5 star rating in my book! The contractors they used in each step of the process did an awesome job also. From sheet rock repair , plumbing to the floor replacement , I was very happy with the end results. My house is actually better now than before my pipe burst.

They were helping with a water damage situation. Time was critical and communication was necessary. They surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

The only thing was that when I did their survey for them here, he stood there at my shoulder while I was doing it.

The team that started the process and brought out dryers was great. Movers were great. Quality of work by the painter left a lot to be desired. Flooring crew caused a lot of damage to other surfaces as well as got adhesive and stain on the new wood floor they installed. They also installed new quarter round that is cracked. Completely unacceptable. Our Project Manger has not been truthful, has not shown up for two appointments, and is non-responsive. We are not satisfied with what has been done to our home, and can't get any assistance towards resolution.

ServPro did a great job and communicated with me throughout the process. I don't recommend having a flooded house, but if it happens, I can recommend ServPro!

I would never call this company to work in my house. Their complete failure to asses the full extent of the problem and properly address the problem caused me to live for a month in a moldy house. Only after extensive negotiations with my insurance company to refute the incorrect assumptions reported by ServePro was I able to have another company P.LM , come into my house and complete the job properly

The water remediation team was fantastic and explained the process and continuously checked on the moisture levels in our home during the drying process. The repair team failed to communicate or even understand what they could or couldn't warrant in repair/upgrades. They lead us to believe all work requested could be done, but yet failed to start the job in a timely manner always having excuses. After waiting three weeks, the day they were to begin construction, no one showed, and then upon calling, we were told the work could not be done because they could not warrant the work!!! And of course, no one wanted to admit where this ball was dropped and why we were not informed in a timely manner (should of known right from the beginning)! Because of their incompetence, we were delayed yet again, with a house torn apart, having to work with insurance to begin the process to find another contractor. I would never recommend this team for repairs period!!
