Had a water leak in my house that caused damage to my wood floor, drywall, and cabinets. My insurance rep had me call a competitor of ServPro who came out and gave recommendations but no action plan. Very dissapointing. Called ServPro and things started happening. They came out and removed the damaged drywall, helped with the mold, and left fans to dry things out. It was time to update my kitchen, so I went ahead and used ServPro since the house was going to be a construction site for a while anyway. They did a beautiful job on the granite countertops and backsplash, and cleaning the tile/grout. Just a first class group of people that I would recommend to anyone.

There was a bubble in the ceiling upon job completion, they came back to fix it since it has a one-year warranty. However, the bubble is still there. Things look slightly different than I had anticipated them looking. However, if that is the best quality I can get, then so be it.
