The people were very courteous and worked hard. Everything I asked them about they explained to me afterward as to why they had to do it. I would definitely use ServPro of NW Little Rock again.

From the initial contact, the entire ServPro team acted in a professional, knowledgeable and helpful manner. There was a total of 8 associates with whom I had interaction. Again, a stellar team that I would not hesitate recommending.

I do not wish to air our particular issues with the public in general. ServePro has been gracious and helpful overall, but we do have several issues we need to address. This is NOT the format it should be addressed in.

Flood from water heater called my insurance, Allstate and within the hour ServPro contacted me and had their guys out the same day! They took all precautions to make sure water was cleaned up, floors dryed so no mold would setup. I would recommend their service to anyone! Thanks!

You don't really want to know the experience that I had. I was out of my home for nearly a month. I had to do portions of the work myself. They left nails sticking up in the wood after clearing out my house, and the supervisor said " How hard is it to bend down and pull it up" Excuse me? You're being paid for the job, not me. They damaged all my walls all the way around the room as well. I had particle board in my new furniture. List goes on and on!
