The ServiceMaster crew came in and looked thru the items that needed to be packed out then began the process. They were able to advised me as to which items would definitely need to go due to the growth of mold or damage and took care in handling the items that were kept.

Area Of Satisfaction - The workers came often to check the drying process and as the drying was completed in key areas the equipment was removed, reducing the noise factor of fans going 24 hours.
Service Master Bailey was very responsive to remedy the flooding damage caused by a burst water pipe in our home. They were also very flexible as to when they came to check on the equipment and the drying process that occurred over several days. They genuinely cared about our situation and did everything in their power to make it better.
