Excellent job from set up to clean up. In addition to the roof work, which was top notch, they also repaired a piece of siding that had moved out of place and fixed a leak in the miter on the gutter.

Thank you security luebke the roof and gutters you put on turned out perfect. I would recommend you guys to anyone that would ask about having a roof and gutters done i . The communication is good and the time frame you give on the project is what you say I appreciate that in a company. The wor is done very professionally and the clean up was great.I had Anthony for my estimate he was very nice and was great at explaining everything and answering your questions if I had to do it again they would be my first choice.

Overall an absolutely impeccable company to work with in all areas including: knowledgeable, professional, organized, communicable, scheduling, installation, appearance, workmanship, safety, cleanliness & the list goes on etc...They are definitely not the cheapest; however the cheapest did not uncover the problems either. We had some major unknown issues with our roof. They found the root of the problems and addressed them so thoroughly. They made the entire process, from beginning to end, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Security-Luebke to anyone looking for quality & expertise.

Areas For Improvement - Other than price, very expensive compared to other contractors; however, we had a very complex/unique roofing situation, so difficult to compare.

Communication - Communication was excellent the entire time. We never felt out of the loop on what was going to happen and when.

Installation Crew - The installation crew did a great job putting the roof on. They came on time, they worked hard all day, they returned and finished in a timely fashion the next day. They added elements to the roof for water protection when they found we needed it. They did a great job, took care of our property and put on a great roof. The gutter crew was just was excellent. They worked hard and put on the gutters really well and quickly.

Shingle Appearance - We absolutely love the shingles. Bill's advice on the color was spot on. It really fits our entire house remodel.

Problem Resolution - The crew did a good job fixing a piece of siding that chipped during tear off. They did it quick using some leftover siding from our siding job.

Areas For Improvement - The only challenge from my perspective was a lack of being able to communicate well with the roofing crew. Once our quality control representative came, he was able to help us.

Areas For Improvement - The only shortcoming was that somebody had to come back to finish reinstalling the gutter guards that they had taken down. I don't know if that was a subcontractor that Security-Luebke used, but they did come out as soon as we identified the problem. They were there the next day.

Recognized Excellence - I’d like to recognize Alex, the salesperson. If you asked me why I chose to go with Luebke over someone else, I’d say it was because of him. I never once felt like he didn’t have his game together, was unprofessional, or was trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He came out twice. The first time was a year ago to give us a quote, but we couldn’t get the financing together. When we were ready, he came right back without hesitation. He’s an extremely professional young man. Honestly, if I had a business, I’d try to steal him from you.
