We had some major unknown issues with our roof. They found the root of the problems and addressed them so thoroughly. They made the entire process, from beginning to end, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Security-Luebke to anyone looking for quality & expertise.

I never once felt like he didn’t have his game together, was unprofessional, or was trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He came out twice. The first time was a year ago to give us a quote, but we couldn’t get the financing together. When we were ready, he came right back without hesitation. He’s an extremely professional young man. Honestly, if I had a business, I’d try to steal him from you.

The estimator that came did a really good job. Now that the work has been completed, I have requested a quote for my insurance on one of the damaged sections. He is not responding to my request now. He started out good, but now that he's not responding, he is terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone. His name was Julius. I requested that quote from him three times, and he has still not responded. I am very disappointed. The installers, however, did a good job.
