Originally measured wrong 54 not 60 ORDERED wrong pan put LEFT drain was a RIGHT Drain DIDNT SHOW UP Wednesday or Thursday Cracked pan had to work into weekend installers not happy didn't clean up well (Used my Moulding to cover a corner instead of Lux Stone excess !

Price was high, but I had to get it done quickly. Sales person was understanding. But because of cost..I probably won't recommend. It has nothing to do with quality of work or sales.

From start to finish all employee contact and workmanship was outstanding.

They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were very hardworking and diligent. They had pride in doing a great job and making sure that we were happy with the finished product.

The work was good but always felt speed and completion was more important than care and concern overall. For example, door was taken off bathroom to be able to get tub in. Door was new as had replaced all doors in house. It was dinged x 2, not big dings/gauges but the baked finish in two spots now has touch up paint. First the tech questioned their responsibility...no other doors of the 9 I had replaced have dings/gauges and I had cleaned/dusted before project began. Main interest was getting done and out. So would not recommend.

Too many negative things to mention.

I would recommend Pacific Bath and their products to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Forget the tile and grout. This is the way to go. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found the installers to be very helpful and pleasant. At one point when cleaning up they threw my entry mat outside where it got dirty and rained on and created a big mess. In spite of this minor inconvenience, I found James and Jeremiah to be helpful and knowledgable and I appreciate their work.

I liked the quality of the materials.

The crew was friendly and wanted to make sure my house was protected during the construction which was great.Here is the but though, I showed the installer examples of what I was wanting and expecting of the silicone sealing and it was the complete opposite. There was and still is silicone everywhere. I had to sand off all silicone from the ceiling and repaint all the brand new paint and now I don't have the straight lines it would have had if not for the overuse of silicone and proper applying. Having a crew with great customer service and great features of the product installed doesn't help a person over look a bad install. I probably won't recommend to anyone unfortunately.

In-Home Sales

In-Home Sales - Sales man was knowledgeable and friendly but he only sold me on the product "HE" wanted to sell. The only option he gave me was the stone but didn't go over what options for shower door or shower heads etc etc. He basically said I'm going to install this and that. Then if I didn't sign right then and there I wouldn't have got the discount. Forcing a sale and unfortunately I fell for it.

The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent from the first phone call, to the representative that came and the fabulous crew that installed my beautiful shower. I have already recommended your company to a friend and upon seeing my beautiful shower and hearing my recommendation she was going to your show room. I will continue to recommend your company to anyone wanting to have a beautifully remodel bathroom.
