I would have concerns, about encouraging my friends or family members to use Pacific bath without being very thorough in the process to make sure they’re getting what they are looking for as well as an installation team that doesn’t cut corners.

It was fast and easy to set up. It only took two days. Minimal impact to us and the functioning of the house. Afterwards it looked great. Most off all we are happy with the overall results.

I would recommend but advise my friend to closely review the parts list and question every detail to avoid any the problem we had (see #2 below).

Were on tie, courteous, cleaned up before leaving each day, suggested some alterations from original plans that made sense.

The teams were efficient and tidy. They were friendly and willing to answer questions and the finished product is perfect for me.

My friends are dead or live in another state. The odds of me making new friends are slim to none since I rarely leave my home.

The shower is nice and all the people we spoke with and worked with are great but it is a very expensive product and install for a shower replacement.

I love my bathroom renovation. it's great to see the old bathtub and dirty tiles gone. The Kohler products used are very high quality and I love the fact that I no longer need to clean and maintain old tiles and mold. Pacific Bath is worth EVERY PENNY. It costs more to hire them, but quality matters. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and perfectionists. It mattered to them that the work was done on time and they installed everything as if they were renovating their own home. I would recommend them to everyone!

I was highly impressed with the Kohler products and that it only took 2 days to redo our whole shower. It looks beautiful.

From start to finish, from the in-home sales person, the install scheduler, and the install team, they all flowed like clockwork and made this whole process so easy.

I liked everything. Wish there wasn't a glitch with the pivot door not fitting. Also the team should have advised the pivot door would not work with the selected location of the grab bar. Those little details are important in the planning stages. However, kudos to the crew for standing by for a short amount of time to allow a new fan light combo to be added to the ceiling.

Full Service package deal was useful for us as we were adding the Pacific Bath piece to water damage mitigation to upgrade our upstairs bathroom. We were able to agree on the quality that Kohler would provide, the specifics of the Luxstone, style of valves and faucets with the packages shown. The 4 to 6 week overall schedule, and 4 day installation for a bathtub and shower from start to finish was very doable for us. The life time warranty on the installation was reassuring given some issues we have been aware of from others who installed standard tile shower walls and floors.

Team leader demonstrated competence and experience, adjusting approach to our job which resulted in a much better final outcome.

We were a bit confused by apparent crew changes, although everyone seemed nice enough. Were some of them being trained on our job?

It was an old shower and odd shape. Took a lot of work but it’s now a work of art. Because of the curved entrance we used a shower curtain. We are in the process of ordering a custom glass door so anyone can see the work of art 😊

The person at Costco, Jason I think, was good at explaining what was involved. The person who came over to quote for us, Alan I think, was excellent at explaining what was involved and the costs. The people doing the installation, Anthony and Fernando, were truly great. Kept the place clean. Were on time and explained what was going on. Not much interaction with the plumber but he seemed like a good person and his work was great.
