When things go south, it is hard to forgive when it hits the pocket book. A lot of money for the headache. I think they need to research the product themselves before selling it to the public. Kohler should be prohibited from selling these crappy shower doors. And I really want to love the shower. What a disappointment.

I think the door leaks onto the bathroom floor. Can’t use it right now. Would have appreciated a plastic cover on my bed so that dust would not have gotten into my pillows and sheets where I had to sleep. Would have appreciated knowing in advance that my water pressure was Terrible and could have given me the option of whether or not to continue.

Do a better job of inspection for problems before demolition.

Would recommend the workers and the quality of the job.

The installer was very capable. Our house was built 97 years ago by the family who lived here. Things like distance between the studs and size of the studs are different than they are now ( thus no shelf). Also the bathroom is small. Vega and his helper faced both of these challenges, found ways around them and installed a beautiful shower.id give them a twelve.

I was happy with the installation and the way the shower looks. However, as I explained to the sales rep, there was a tremendous amount of down time and altho I understand the concept of pad, I am not happy that I paid for workers to sit around waiting on other workers. I ultimately think the job was overpriced.

The crew was professional, patient and kind. They spent a lot of time with me deciding where the seat and grab bars were to be place, in addition to the shower head and water controls. They were here 3 days, and cleaned up the mess everyday. They were very friendly and on time. We are thrilled with the shower and the crew. ! Scott was wonderful and came out before the install to review the situation they would be working with. THey had to build a wall. Craig and Robert were terrific to. Craig is funny, does stellar work and is every experienced. Robert is terrific too and never stopped working. The bathroom is up 23 steep stairs, and he went up and down those stairs all day long. He never damaged the wall or anything carrying lumber, Kohler Luxston panels, the shower pan, etc. He is also very polite and friendly. The crew tolerated well our little dog that barked the entire time they were here ! She'd let them pet her but she kept yapping ! As said,all 3 are exceptional and should get a pay raise ! Each one of the men answered any questions that we had during the process. I really dreaded the 3 days they were to be here. However, it turned out to be a wonderful, stress free experience !

The work team was very considerate of my home. They prepped it right off the bat. It was also a pleasure to see guys that knew there job and worked as a team to get the job done.

Everything! I could not have improved any step of the process . . . sales, installation, follow up.

2 day shower project took 3 weeks with many issues, quality of work very poor, it took 7 different people to get the job done, contractor is not familiar with Kohler products. I had to reach out directly to Kohler to inform Renuity/Pacific Bath on how to fix the I rainhead.

I loved the final product, turned out exactly how I envisioned it.
