I would give a three star or mid quality for roofing but a poor quality if roofing and gutter replacement are included with the work. Gutter work is not their specialty.They don't have enough workers for this secondary job and therefore takes away satisfaction from the customer.

I am overall pleased with the results of Schoenherr's work, but there were some communication issues, some of which were due to abrupt staffing changes, but others were caused by misalignments between the sales/management staff and the folks who actually did the work.

Absolutely not. Communication and coordination was a pain. Dylan's communication was lacking, and often incorrect. Felt as though we could never get ahold of the right person to get any answers. I will actively tell friends NOT to use Schoenherr.

The sales person came to my home went over types of roofing materials and described in detail how they would be applied. Also did a attic and roof inspection first before going over the roofing materials.

Fantastic experience from quote to final review.

From the sales team to the project management to tear off and install and finally clean up. All went as promised and delivered a final product that was professional and very high quality. The value proposition was exactly what any homeowner should expect.

Salesperson noted and complimented us on our landscaping and assured us that the flower beds would be well-protected. That did not happen. Plants were not adequately covered or protected. Many were smashed and covered with debris. This also happened to our white picket fence.

Love the mission and values of not only the sales team but the company as a whole. The company was efficient and very clear with communication though the entire process.

It’s a nice looking roof but you need to improve your follow up.

Hire workers that can speak English ….. I don’t know …but I assume that they are possibly in the country illegally…… I had questions and concerns about the job .. I asked but not 1 person on the job site could speak English….. hire legal Americans…. They’re competent and hard working too

Schoenherr roofing was a great choice that I made from 3 estimates. They have many years of experience at roofing and their crews came and finished my tear off and replacement in one day. The clean up job that they did was excellent.

The only positive experience was the salesman, Austin. Every step of the process beyond that was unrealized expectations and promises. Even now, I have still not had the inspection that has been rescheduled several times. The first guy, was inept and my understanding from Ryan Schoenherr is that he has been reassigned because his intentions are good and he had valuable experience. Being unable to communicate with workers who had minimal respect for property was a key factor. Untimely or on fulfilled responses of communication was a major disappointment. I paid for this one and my companion next door to amount of $45,000 and the experience was abysmal. Even Ryan schoeners promises were not followed up properly.

The sals person did a nice job.you were more expensive but I liked the philosophy and Christian approach. I was told someone would take me through the process. That didn’t happen and I’m still waiting for a repair on my patio screen and a $300 check.

From my 1st contact to schoenherr roofing office, a return call within an hour was made by Nate Marialke Exterior Specialist , and set up Appointment to come out.. Nate was Very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable he made our 1st time service so smooth, and if we had any Questions Nate was always Available to Answer or offer to Come back and sit down with us if need be.. Nate is a top Notch Gentleman.. He is a great Asset to your Company.. Installers we here and prompt and professional.. Hard workers !!
