Professional, efficient and managed any questions thoroughly - especially liked the guy that crawled through a very small attic and showed multiple pictures where boards would be replaced.

Proposal reviewed what the sales person found. Went into the attic and reviewed the underside. No other company did that

Excellent Service

We had our roof replaced in late July. This is the second time we used Schoenherr. They were on time and professional and overall did a good job. The one issue we had was with follow up once the job was completed. We didn't get our roof warranty paperwork until late October. This was in spite of us emailing and texting repeatedly. We finally have it in hand.

They took the time to listen to our concerns and kept us up to date on every step of the installation.

Schoenherr took care of our roofing problems quickly. The workers were hardworking and professional, even in the super hot weather! Neighbors took note of the new roof, said it looked great.

Too many mistakes, way too long to fix them. Was over a month before the job was finally done.
