Not very happy about the detail work. An example would be the baseboard and door time wainting.

They built a quality home and performed as they said they would!

I love my Scarmazzi patio home -it’s just perfect for me.

Quality product, great service, nice neighborhood quality

Each member of the Scarmazzi team was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Anything needing fixed has been looked into or taken care of so far. We are pleased with the procedures.

We loved dealing with Linda our sales rep. She was Fantastic! Steve was very helpful during the process of construction, but does not follow up after we moved in. We have a number of open issues that we feel need to be addressed.

Quality of construction and reputation for completion within time frame. We are however dissatisfied that a complain went unrectified.

Scarmazzi Homes, and especially Aaron were great to work with. Very responsive and loved the weekly photo update.

Very easy to communicate and kept you updated on the progress of the home.

Everyone we've dealt with at Scarmazzi has been friendly, courteous and professional, and we love our new home!

Would have like more flexibility with building options e.g.bump out master bedroom by 2 feet. Did not offer mini blinds inside of sliding glass door to rear patio.

Love the product and the whole team from selection of model to finish

The grass is terrible with a lot of rocks & weeds in it !!! Still waiting for two dead plants to be replaced & one window blind. Why wasn’t the grout in the bathrooms & kitchen already sealed? Seems ridiculous that I was told to seal it when you’re buying a brand new house. Also informed that I had to bear to cost of sealing the driveway. Disappointed & waiting !!!

Scarmazzi Homes are high quality construction and they make the process very easy, start to finish! Highly recommend!

I like the quality of the construction and the layout of the home. I loved the process and liked my project manager.

Scarmazzi Homes were a pleasure to work with.

Small Community.

As most people know, buying a home is a very serious challenging task. After reviewing 6 builders, we found that Scarmazzi was the team for us. The Scarmazzi team that we were first introduced to were phenomenal. Robin was such a pleasure as she guided us through the beginning process and set our expectations right. From there we met Peggy, Doug, and a few others who were also so very helpful and made us feel like we were their priority. And soon, we were given Aaron for our Project Manager, for which we can't say enough. He has shown a great attention to detail (since I am an engineer, I greatly appreciate that). He found things that I did not find. Our home is beautiful, and all imperfections were addressed extremely fast and professionally. We cannot say enough about Scarmazzi homes.

The homes are well-built with lots of options and the people you work with on your home are all knowledgable and great at follow-up.

Seems like a good company

All of our concerns were met quickly and professionally.

We have had relatives, friends and occasional people we have talked to about how we like it here and they have been to our home and they have been impressed with the home.

The quality of the final home was satisfactory. The communication with the sales team and design center was challenging. There were some misleading statements that were not corrected. There were mistakes in the sales team that caused me money.

You hear horror stories about people building a new home, however the entire process for us was very easy.

The whole process of building and relocating is stressful. Scarmazzi homes made my transition smooth and problem free. The home materials used are beautiful and the weekly updates were helpful in keeping me informed of the building process. The time line was exact with no delays to my move in date.
