Sawtooth Roofing Contractors were professional, timely, and worked clean. It was a great experience.

After a few bids we chose Sawtooth roofing for our new roof. Darrin the project manager came out, addressed our concerns, inspected the roof and gave us a fair bid. He explained everything they would do and also explained there would be some additional costs due to some facia boards that needed replacing and possibly plywood sheets. Of course they wouldn’t know until the old shingles were removed but let us know the approx. cost per piece with installation. So we had a good idea what we were looking at. We also needed a bathroom fan vented out of the roof to meet building codes. Darrin was also the only one who noticed we had LeafGuard gutters and so not to void the LeafGuard warranty LeafGuard would have to remove them to replace the facia boards that needed replacing. He also brought to our attention that our chimney cap was crumbling and in desperate need of some work. He referred a chimney/masonry company who we used and couldn't have been happier with their work as well. We had the chimney work done first then scheduled the roof. We were impressed with his attention to detail. They scheduled to project and kept us updated in the event there was a delay due to weather so we could plan accordingly. The crew of 3 roofers were amazing, worked so hard and cleaned up nicely afterward. They completed our roof in 2 days which was so appreciated. Nick the quality and safety inspector came out daily to touch base with the workers and us, making sure things were going well and asking if we had any concerns. He said to never hesitate to call anytime with questions. At the end of the project he came out again to inspect the roof and all the work done. Another reason we chose Sawtooth was because of their excellent warranty on products and labor. Throughout the project from beginning to end this company was very responsive to all our calls with questions and communicated wonderfully, which was so appreciated.
We would highly recommend this company to others. The prices were great and the service even better. Thanks for making this a smooth project from beginning to end.

we were hesitant to attempt this project in winter, but Tom assured us that they could handle the weather conditions, and they did. We expected a mangled lawn at the end, but it was pristine. All aspects of this project were handled efficiently and professionally.

They were competitively priced and completed our roof in a very timely manner. The work is great and the people were great to work with.

Sawtooth Roofing did an excellent job at my home. They did a reasonable estimate, promptly, performed the work in the dead of winter on a few of the only dry days and cleaned up well after they finished. Outstanding work!

We got several estimates on our roof. We went with Sawtooth Roofing because Tom, the saleman/estimator was knowledgable, experienced, and not high-pressure at all. We had one salesman in our house for 3 hours pressuring us. Their prices were competitive and their scheduling was open. The team that came out was polite and efficient. Our roof is beautiful and the crew was professional and responsive. They were also so quick, which was especially important this fall working around the frequent rain.

I had a bid from another company a year ago. I called Sawtooth to give me a bid. Darrin Webster, project manager, came out and actually got on the roof, took pictures. He saw a few things that the other company didn't notice; for example, the torch roof, and the first company underestimated the amount of roof needed. I went with Sawtooth, and the first person I talked to was Alicia, who was awesome. She put me in touch with Joe, who scheduled the job. They came ahead of time set things up, and Gordon came in and made sure the trailer was parked so it wouldn't impede traffic around my house. The crew consisted of Jesa, Emmanuel, Roberto and Jose Manuel. They showed up on time, were very polite, and did their job well. They cleaned up after they left, and besides a brand-new beautiful roof, you would never know they'd been there. I waited until after the rains to provide this feedback, as I wanted to make sure there were no leaks. It is perfect and my wife loves it.
