Darrin explained the purpose and differences in underlayments and water directing components of the roof well. I can't see most of those materials, but I am expecting a durable, leak-free roof for the next 50 years. He patiently and respectfully answered all my questions, as many times as I needed to ask them. It was clear that he is customer focused, not just trying to sell a job. My roof looks great. I really like the shingle color grouping. It goes well with my exterior paint. The shingles are attractive and look very sturdy and durable.
Fast, friendly, and professional. The few problems that arose were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.
I thought they did nice work for a fair price. They were easy to work with, and they were very responsive throughout the process to all of my questions.
If it wasn't for the nails I 100% would.
Sawtooth Roofing was great from start to finish. They offered me choices on my roofing materials and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! They were professional, hard working and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete! I would highly recommend them!
Great service and a great price. They are one of only a few contractors that can offer the Owens Corning Platinum warranty. This means that you get both a shingle and workmanship warranty from Owens Corning. Most installers are not allowed to offer the Platinum Warranty (they can only offer lower grade warranties shingle-only warranties) because they are not certified by Owens Corning. Trust me, you want the Platinum Warranty. Do your research and read the warranty information. Also, stay away from DaBella, they strive to be the first one at your door and their quotes are astronomically high hoping you do not get any other quotes. Stick with Sawtooth.
Great experience with Sawtooth. Professional and quick. Roof looks great!
My project manager from Sawtooth roofing made sure I had what he felt I needed but dismissed me when I voiced my concern that I didn't get what I asked for.The process for getting an estimate went well. After getting estimates from other companies I spoke with my project manager and asked for a price and option to have the plywood on my entire home be replaced. My concern was the house was built in 1957. An addition was built in 2003. I had no information on the age of the roof. I made it clear to my project manager what I was asking for and he added an options line to my estimate that read, "if entire house needs to be resheeted add". The estimate was a large factor in choosing to go with Sawtooth roofing. While the work was being done I noticed that the addition was not being resheeted. I spoke with Joe from quality assurance at Sawtooth. I voiced my concern that the addition wasn't being resheeted and that the agreement that was signed quoted the entire house. Joe acknowledged my concerned and reassured me that the plywood that was already on the house didn't need to be replaced. I trusted Joe's professional opinion and was less concerned. While the work was being done the team doing the work was kind and very professional. I am happy with the workmanship. When I got my final invoice I was concerned to find that even though the entire house wasn't resheeted I was being charged the original price that was quoted for the entire house being resheeted. I voiced my concerns to my project manager who explained that when he wrote the estimate he "meant to explain" that the quote for resheeting the entire house didn't include the new addition. I voiced that I felt like I didn't get what I had asked for. My project manager completely dismissed me without offering any concessions or trying to ease my concerns.I paid the original agreed on price because I got what I needed but I will not be recommending Sawtooth because I didn't get what I asked for.
They are professional and I really liked their approach to the job. They kept us in the know about stuff I have no knowledge about. They walked through everything, so it was easy. They made me feel comfortable to spend that amount of money on the roof. Pete came out and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product we needed. I appreciate his work and Sawtooth did a great job!
Sawtooth was fantastic. They had the best bid and was willing to work with my schedule. I have recommended them to all of my friends looking to replace their roof.
I've never dealt with a roofing company so well organized. The workers were tremendous. They were very cautious of how they kept the debris cleaned up. They were very knowledgeable and hard workers. I sent them a thank you card for their work. I give the workers a lot of the credit. The inspector came by to look at it and said everything was fine.
Fast and professional. The workers showed up on time and left our driveway clean. I would definitely recommend them.
Gary did a great job communicating and was very responsive throughout all phases of the project. He was top notch.
Finally, I found a company that treated me with that professional attitude that all others are missing. From the Sales representative, to the workers , to the follow up with the sawtooth office. Projected dates and schedule was performed without a hiccup. Forget the rest, use the best!
I obtained three bids from roofing companies for my roof replacement project. The first two were your typical sidewalk marketers--big, slick pitches, high estimates, high pressure from claimed discount opportunities--I was super put off. Then I was referred to Sawtooth Roofing, who was professional throughout, but not pushy and gave me an honest bid with no pressure. He talked through the job with me, gave me a few options, set a schedule, and stuck to it. There were added costs, but even those had been noted as possible and were only discoverable after removal. Five star service, five star product.
I have used them 3 times and I have had absolutely no issues.
I recommended Sawtooth to my neighbor on Saturday. I saw their truck there this morning.
When Gary came to give me a price to replace my roofing, he noticed a place on my rood that was causing a leak. Before I had given him an approval or the go ahead, Gary found some extra shingles in his truck and made a temporary fix. After I got another bid on the roof, I told Gary that we wanted Sawtooth to do the roof, and that the leak had stopped. That's when he told me what he had done. The man has a servants heart and sold me on Sawtooth from now on.David Winterholler
Impeccable and professional. The cleanup was fantastic. The roof looks stunning. It instantly raised the value of my home.
It is hard to find good contractors but I was surprised with their work ethic. I was also very happy that there was no surprise charges.
Very Professional and hard working crew. Knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend them and I think they are excellent. They had a couple of scheduling issues though. It was supposed to be a three-day job but it turned into a four-day job which wan't that big of a deal. They did a great job.
Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. Gary ran the project and was incredible. The site was immaculate when they finished. We are very satisfied with the work and would use them again.
We are very happy with our roof and gutters. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I worked with Gary from Sawtooth who is very professional and was very communicative. After the job I wanted the location of a downspout moved, and the gutter crew came out and fixed it within two days. I am impressed with Sawtooth and highly recommend them for roofing and gutters.
