Very responsive, timely and professional. Rene was so good at explaining what was going to happen and at answering my questions. He returned my phone calls very promptly--if he hadn't been able to answer, which he usually did.

The techs cut a very large and uneven hole that was hard to patch and did not look good when it was done. The tarps blew off the roof twice and I had to call them and tell them my house was not protected. I called and called to ask a question about the rest of the bill that I wanted to pay after insurance and I left several messages and no one called me back or ever answered the phone. I got another bill in March and this happened in Oct of last year. Super unprofessional and I let my insurance know too.

1. Very poor communication in terms of dates and times the technician was going to arrive. I attempted to communicate with members of the company that we had two dogs that we had to secure before we could allow the technician in the house for everyone’s safety. Almost every time the technician would show up at different times than what we were told. The technicians destroyed parts of my cabinetry that we were planning on reusing, this was a surprise to all of us including my insurance company, the way the cabinetry was taken out and discarded. I will definitely not use this company again and have asked my insurance company to not refer another Veteran family to this company.

Rytech made the whole process feel just a tiny bit less stressful! Each staff member was kind, helpful and always available to answer my questions.

They were very professional, explained the process they were using, and the next steps that were needed to complete the work. Also, when some of the fans stopped working due to flipping a breaker over the weekend, Rene came and solved the issue. He got all of them running again.

Quick response to my emergency water situation.

They did a great job, removing the water damaged floors and walls, they did an excellent job screening off my kitchen

Believe the invoice was highly inflated for the work done. The techs were very professional and informative but $4700.00 to rent one dehumidifier and blowers for a week to 10 days is exorbitant.
