1. Very poor communication in terms of dates and times the technician was going to arrive. I attempted to communicate with members of the company that we had two dogs that we had to secure before we could allow the technician in the house for everyone’s safety. Almost every time the technician would show up at different times than what we were told. The technicians destroyed parts of my cabinetry that we were planning on reusing, this was a surprise to all of us including my insurance company, the way the cabinetry was taken out and discarded. I will definitely not use this company again and have asked my insurance company to not refer another Veteran family to this company.

Rytech made the whole process feel just a tiny bit less stressful! Each staff member was kind, helpful and always available to answer my questions.

They were very professional, explained the process they were using, and the next steps that were needed to complete the work. Also, when some of the fans stopped working due to flipping a breaker over the weekend, Rene came and solved the issue. He got all of them running again.
