I feel like Rytech comes out and gets paid so much money to do nothing, but they tell us what went wrong. We already know what's wrong, and they just brought the dryers out to dry the floor. They took a little piece of our ceiling off for the asbestos, but that's it. I just think it's very costly.

All of the employees were friendly, courteous and respectful of my time. My only concern was that I was told that certain things needed to be addressed to make sure there is no formation of mold but then they weren’t all done. I was also told that once insulation gets wet, it needs to be removed. I certainly didn’t want more done than what was needed but I wanted confirmation that not opening certain walls was acceptable.
My floors were ripped up down to the original wood not knowing if Allstate would replace my floors

The only reason the rating is a 3 is because of the customer service. Where to begin? I spoke to the person who scheduled the appointment. I was very clear and adamant about ensuring my household items would be moved out of the house before demo (no brainier). I was told on 3 different occasions they would move my furniture before the demo. I called the day before because we had weeks of rain. I asked if they would be ordering a pod? No, we don't order those! Well where are you moving my personal furniture? Outside in my driveway when its been raining and sitting in the elements? I should had known then not to use this company. I rescheduled and ordered a U-Haul U store it. The workers show up the next day and demo be just shifted my furniture from one side of the room to the other. What sense does that make??? My electronics, washer, dryer, fridge, pictures and furniture covered in demo debris. I had to ask them to set up plastic barrier to the rest of the house while the fans were blowing debris around. They through some tape up and plastic that just fell down that same night.
They were very respectful and really good at their job. They know what they are doing.

The communication was very good. The service was prompt, and the people from Rytech Restoration of Northeast Philadelphia who came to visit my house were friendly and professional.
They would call me and let me know when they were coming out, and they were prompt. They kept me informed on what they had to do. The job was well done.
