When Rytech of Memphis came in, they took a lot of stuff. I had some movies in a plastic tub that they took along with ammunition that was stacked on top of each other. My bed frame was broken. It was an older model bed that was real oak, so it was heavy. They broke the railing, so the bed is a total loss. My insurance told me they gave them $10,000 for that work. For that amount, they should have been more professional. They were in a hurry to take the carpet up and get out. The people who came in to do the floors had to do a total redo, as Rytech left nails sticking up. They were in a hurry, and I was not satisfied with them. I wish insurance had spoken with me before they paid them. I could have done that myself and taken the time to not tear up my furniture. I could understand items that were being soaked and damaged to be removed, but not everything was ruined that they took out. I voiced my complaint with the insurance company, as the movies meant something to me and the ammunition was not cheap. I was not happy with it. I was dissatisfied as my bed was broken and very expensive. We bought that bed back in 1995 and paid $4,200. Another thing was that they just piled things up on top of all the beds. It was unprofessional.

RyTech initially called me at 11:30pm after a late night water leak that took out part of the downstairs ceiling. They called again early the next morning and had a Technician there earlier than they had stated. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable all while explaining and communicating with me every step of the process.
