The technicians arrived with a purpose and a plan. They were courteous and kind, knowledgeable in water mitigation and knew what to do.
They were good and I highly recommend them.
I only had one negative w/ the entire process, BUT that was the most important. Everything in the process was positive except for the initial contact, which occurred on the first service call. In my opinion, the technician wanted to expedite his service call because it was a holiday(Memorial Day) and he was not going to install the drying equipment until the next day, but at my instance, he went ahead and started the process that day. My tenant agreed w/ me that he was trying to avoid beginning the process, in all probability because it was a holiday. That one instance, the first impression of Rytech, caused a degree of skepticism on my part from the very beginning.

Special recognition to Joe who was there through the entire process until we got the results we wanted - great service & highly recommended tech. All the more commendable since we only discovered the issue late on a Friday evening .I highly recommend Rytech based on their people - top notch.
They were bristly. I had a linen closet that was affected by the flooding, but for some reason they told me they could not repair that. However, they got to my home quickly, and the remediation was thorough.

Rytech made a horrible situation manageable. They were prompt, courtesy and communicated with us through the process.
The work took longer because they told me that they were waiting on the inspector. Didn't start on time because they didn't tell us we had to move things out of the way. Tried to charge me and my insurance company for work that was not performed.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
