Tracey was my first encounter with Rytech. As soon as she was notified by USAA about the water damage, she arranged and delivered a dehumidifier. On meeting her in person, she was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous with care and concern in making sure I was delivered the best service in addressing all issues with the water damage. A tech was sent to check for asbestos. When the readings read positive, Rytech worked on my schedule in handling the removal of wall

Rytech was out to my house within an hour of when I called my insurance company. Each employee that came out was very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do and what the end results needed to be. This company was very good to work with.

Couple communication failures with workers and had to call project manager in order to get it corrected.

Recognition of task w/o owner input; e.g. noticing splinters and tacks on surface of removed tile/floor. Owners stepped on these hazards requiring notice to Rytech.

I went through my insurance, this was an associated provider that was contacted by my insurance representative for this company to provide the dry out service. Rytech were immediate in contacting me and had someone out within a quick amount of time, and technician was courteous and professional.

There was a difference of opinion between Rytech and construction company on who should have opened up our ceiling to check insulation wetness. I think Rytech should have done it as it took a few weeks for construction company to do repairs due theirs and our schedule.

We also had an issue with the plastic coming off and needing to be replaced during Ryech’s during process.

Invoice to insurance less than $800. invoice to me after canceling claim is $2000. I feel cheated.

Rytech was very organzied and kind, and they work with the customer well for whatever they need.

We had a horrible experience with them. Their communication internally and externally is a joke. I felt they took too much time after we spoke to them and told them to start removing our damaged wood. They waited 5 extra days causing additional damage. They did not clean up and left a mess.

Punctual & Professional

Pieces of my cabinet are missing, tile pieces were busted, oil spill on my property still not resolved, and etc.

Rytech got here quickly, were prompt in taking care of things, and keeping their scheduled time/appointment.

Evaluation for my project left many damaged spots untouched. They failed to correct or mark water spots that needed to be fixed throughout my home.

The Rytech of Dallas representatives are very trustworthy individuals. They are very prompt on the windows they give for when they are showing up, what they are doing, and what they've completed when done. I do not just let people into my home, and I had no issues or concerns whatsoever when I was not home.

Everyone was extremely professional. I forget the lead of the team's name, but he was probably the most knowledgeable young man. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and I believe he saved me a lot of money with how he set everything up.

Rytech of Dallas did everything they promised me they would do on time, and their communication was great.

They don't show up on time or do what they say they are going to do. They don't do good work, and they didn't follow directions. They also tore up our personal belongings.

I just would like to thank them for their quickness and patience. They let me know everything they were doing and who was coming in and out of the house.

I'm not sure because: there were wooden panels removed from my home that were ordered to be removed by Rytech; however there was NO mold nor asbestos behind the panels once removed. The Abatement team was not as careful as they could have been and therefore, there was damage to some panels making it very difficult to repair and repurpose/reuse. it was not a "clean removal" nor will the repairs go unnoticed. I called Rytech when the Abatement team told me there was not mold and they asked if I wanted it removed. Tytech said it had to be removed. I am not even sure Rytech did their own assessment; or if they used a previous one by another Tech team....not sure. As a consumer who is not familiar with this industry, how could I make an "on the spot" decision to not remove panels or to remove them. I relied on the call to your office. Very frustrating situation.

They did an excellent job. I just don't know when the situation to recommend them will come up. If someone asks, I will do it.
