You could buy better testing equipment. The man who installed my hardwood floor 32 years ago came over with a humidity tester that had 2 very sharp prongs. They were pushed between the floor planks in multiple locations and provided a humidity reading down to the subfloor and below. My old-growth pine floors were fine, just like I told your service person they would be. He and the insurance company were insistant that they only way to tell was to rip them up! You can get one for less than $1000 dollars. It should be standard equipment for the kind of work that you do.

The manager hung up on my phone call, would not respond to my calls or texts.

The guy that handled it educated me on what he was doing and he helped guide me in doing some of the things myself instead of them doing it.

The only thing they missed is her dresser, but we ended up replacing it. They were willing to work with our neighbor to get in the house. That was great, since I couldn't be at the house while they were drying it out.

Rytech of Baltimore did a great job. However, they need to stay professional at all times. The last incident, I had an issue with them not getting back with me. Also, the profanity that was used in my home by the sales representative in my home was not ok.

This is for Rytech of Miami-Dade. They were very unorganized, and because of that, Rytech of The Tri-County missed mold and had to return and set up again to remediate. The job took longer, and in the process of doing this job, there was additional damage done to my home. I ended up being charged more because I would not pay them. It was very challenging. I would rate them one star, but they eventually did cover the additional damages caused. It was only because I was persistent and was able to hold back money from them. It was overall a very poor experience.

The best!!! I can't not brag enough about the service and professionalism that these guys bring. 10 🌟 is truly what they deserve.

I have never dealt with a restoration company so I don’t know what the standards are. Rytech did a very good job and I was satisfied. If an issue came up, I called right away and it was resolved.
