Unacceptable service.
I would not recommend them due to the fact that they are doing what they can for themselves to make the most money. They don't look out for the customer, like myself. They are only looking to line their out pockets.
They did an extreme amount of damage to my house and belongings that was unnecessary.
Yes, we already told several friends about Rytech and would recommend you with great confidence
I asked for an estimate that was supposed to be free, and they sent me a bill.
Rytech did quality work. They were timely, and I appreciated their service.
Overall, I can't think of one negative about Rytech.
Between the initial service call I received to the representative who came out for the water remediation, they were outstanding, very professional, and clean. I would not hesitate to use them again.
They did a great job, and they were very polite. The crew made sure everything was well done
The technician(s) were absolutely wonderful ~ explained everything that they were going to do and what I should expect.
They were professional, very responsive, and outstanding.
Did not follow protocol. Did not properly contain the area or use negative air procedures. The job did not pass the clearance testing. Cross contamination was found and new mold was found in the same area. We are now having to redo remediation with another company and demo the cross contaminated area.
Satisfied with work and results.
They were very professional and thorough in assessing the situation at my property and setting up all the equiment.
Rytech of Long Island was friendly, explained everything, and did what they said they were going to do, which is hard to come by these days.
These guys were top notch. I would highly recommend them.
Rytech was great, professional, and they got things done in a timely fashion. They don't leave you waiting!
They were on time, very respectful, and completed the project. Everything looks really nice.
This company responded in a timely manner. They were courteous and efficient. They took care of all of my needs.
Rytech Restoration was quick, responsive, and knew what they were doing. It was easy to understand how everything works, and they delivered in rapid time!
My upstairs wasn't cleaned properly. The cleaning itself was subpar in my opinion. All the walls were not cleaned properly
Extremely knowledgeable and clearly expert in this field of work!
The work that was done was timely and thorough. How it unfolded left me dissatisfied. New tenants were due to move their furnishings into my rental property on a Monday. They had already access to it, and stopped by 2 days before on a Saturday morning, to find several inches of water in the basement. When they told me, I was panicked, thinking a pipe had burst that frigid winter. It runed out the water had come from a burst pipe 3 houses up, that the Water Department fixed promptly. My basement was not the source of the problem. The basement was not finished, had parged stone walls and concrete floors, and a total of 3 pieces of 2x4's as a base for the stairs... the only wood touching the floor. By the time the tech arrived I had pumped out almost all of the water, with some puddling remaining. In my panicked state, it would have helped to have a calm voice talking me through options and associated costs. I did not get that. The tech politely and professionally brought in gear (fans and dehumidifiers), and began the process. I left, and left it up to the tech. I now no longer knew how long it would take, nor how much money it would cost, nor what options I had. It retrospect I could have done the job myself, but wasn't thinking straight. The job took a few days, at a cost per day I didn't know. When I got the bill, I was left wondering if I had really needed them at all, or if I did, must it really have taken that many days? Perhaps everything was just what I needed, and would be confident about that if someone had coached me through it, gave me options, and helped me make a better informed decision. I may very well have gone with their exact plan... I just don.t know. I suggest they consider doing some 'hand holding' at the start of a job. They may or may not get the particular job, but they would have had a more satisfied client with me.
Everybody that came to my home were competent, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
Rytech did a great job.
They were quick and professional.
Rytech Restoration was easy to work with, punctual, and provided good customer service.
I did not think they were well-prepared when they showed up.
Horrible. 0 Stars
Absolutely!!!
Shaw and his entire team were very courteous, professional and customer service oriented. It was greatly appreciated in this stressful situation.
Thank you great job
Rytech Restoration of Central Florida very quickly responded to my water issue. They were very personable, here when they said they would be here, and took care of the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend Rytech Restoration of Central Florida.
Chris was the best. He was very thorough and treated my basement like it was his.
They were very professional
They were timely with my project.
The service representative was professional thorough, and courteous. He was very accommodating to our schedule and willing to make multiple trips to get the job done.
They were great, friendly, professional, efficient and responsive.
Fast service and quality service
Ryan really helped out and eased my mind during this whole process
The team were very professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done. We were kept informed during the process.
The technicians from Rytech Restoration were professional, and the process was simple.
They did excellent work in a timely manner.
The start and during the project went well. At the end of the project, they left materials here and we had to call them to come get their items. They never retrieved some items. They told us we can take it down to their company ourselves. I was not a fan of that.
Excellent service, and they even made sure other technicians were able to reach me!
I really, truly will recommend Rytech Texas Gulf Coast to a friend. They were very professional, and they communicated everything to me and made sure everything was done and taken care of before leaving my home.
The company did more damage to my home and property than the water did.
Eddie, our representative, was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions, was available at all times, and responded quickly to any phone calls or text messages.
The company put two dehumidifiers in. The second floor one was directed into a portion of the opened up wall and did dry it out. The larger one put on the first floor was put to dry out an area in the ceiling with two relatively small openings. No fan to direct the dehumidified air was installed so pretty much all it did was dehumidify the air lower in the room. The upper dehumidifier was left there well past when detectable moisture was there. The first floor one was there a long time due to the lack of fan…I added one of my own and monitored with a moisture detector until it was dry.
I was unhappy with the demolition process. Some items were removed, and some things that should have been removed, like rotten wood, were left in. Some of the wood taken out was not rotten, but they left rotten wood in. I am waiting for a response from them.
Rytech of the Upstate was very punctual.
David Valle was fantastic. He was easy to work with, knew what he was doing, and was very fair.
