I received very good service and professional service.

They did a great job in mitigating and removing damaged materials from my home after the water damage. They quickly dried up the moisture, so repairs could proceed at my property. Rytech Technicians were very professional, and explain the process to me.

I believe the serviceman's name was "oz". very pleased-he kept me informed the whole way and expained to me in detail the process as I asked any questions.

All the guys were very considerate of our circumstances and went above and beyond to take us into consideration on work and scheduling. Fantastic group.

I previously had a company that came in to do an inspection for the insurance company and I knew that the report that they were giving was very evasive and non-committal. I knew there were problems and needed to be addressed because my health was being affected. Rytech came in and did an honest evaluation and took care of the problem.

Every time I had a question and called Milton, he was really helpful.
If I needed help, he would go out of his way to help me by getting a hold of the insurance company. He was very patient.

I called my insurance and within a day Rytech was at my home to start to remove the water damage to my walls and ceiling. They taped off the area with plaster so when the removal was being done it was contained to only the area they were working on. All my questions and concerns were answered and they did a great job of cleaning up and following up with any concerns I had.
