Victor and his crew were always in contact with me and worked diligently to address our water leak.
We had a horrible experience with them. Their communication internally and externally is a joke. I felt they took too much time after we spoke to them and told them to start removing our damaged wood. They waited 5 extra days causing additional damage. They did not clean up and left a mess.

I was not happy at all with the way Rytech Restoration did their business, or the way that the finished product turned out.
The whole dryout process took too long and cost me too much money in increased electrical costs. My bill doubled the month it took them to dryout my house. And none of the people checking the process daily seemed to do it the same. The damaged caused by the demo required both bathrooms to be completely tore down and I’m still not back in my house. The kids and I are still sleeping in a hotel room 4 going on 5 months now.
Pieces of my cabinet are missing, tile pieces were busted, oil spill on my property still not resolved, and etc.

I was given an estimate of $10,000, and two days for the work to be completed. When all was set and done, they changed the bill to $22,000, and said that they needed seven days to complete the work. I checked every night when I got off of work, and I know on one of the days they did no work, and another of the days all they did was sweep the condo and wipe down my sinks. My insurance company only agreed to pay the $22,000 so that they would not be sued. The unfortunate part is I will not be able to finish repairing the fire damage because of this ridiculous amount of money that Ryte is asking my insurance company for.

Be a little more attentive when moving items around the house. Example, satellite dish remote in our Hearth room is missing. The overhead lights on the counter was broken. The front door, door stop was broken. Pictures of the lights and door stop.
Rytech got here quickly, were prompt in taking care of things, and keeping their scheduled time/appointment.

No mess, rapid deployment
Mistakes were made and when I called them out on it, they became very defensive and then stopped working with me completely.It wasn't until I had to fight and threaten to make a claim against their insurance that they finally were able to listen to me.It took two months to resolve my issues. They made promises they couldn't keep. The kept telling me that requests were made that weren't. It was a horrible experience from starts to finish. They ruined my living room floor which was apparently not part of the initial process and then kept talking to me in a condescending matter on why they did what they did but then disappeared for about 2 months.
Evaluation for my project left many damaged spots untouched. They failed to correct or mark water spots that needed to be fixed throughout my home.
They did a good job, but were not dependable in terms of keeping appointments.

Rytech people missed major water inside the walls and floors, including half an inch in an electrical fixture. A second remediation company was needed to fix it.

Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. They went above and beyond to help with issues related to multiple insurance companies being involved and helped me understand the mysteries of the insurance process.
I would not recommend as I do not feel there was good communication, I did not know what to expect with the process, the crew was delayed in assisting with removing soaking wet carpet that became musty and moldy.

They were very professional, explained the process they were using, and the next steps that were needed to complete the work. Also, when some of the fans stopped working due to flipping a breaker over the weekend, Rene came and solved the issue. He got all of them running again.

I liked the timeline in scheduling me and the professionalism of the staff. The work that was done was satisfactory; however, when I informed staff that not enough of the wall had been removed I was referred back to my insurance company which resulted in a significant delay. Not sure who is responsible for the delay.
