Quick response. Cut the old wallboard in rectangles -- a plus for those who redid the wallboard. But note: Cut one ceiling section 3" or so past a joist; wallboarders had to cut it again, to the next joist -- can't "join" two long pieces of wallboard "in the air". Also -- they cut out some short pieces of baseboard -- which I could have reused -- and then threw them away, without asking me! It can be very difficult -- or impossible -- to match old baseboard; and if it can't be matched, it may mean having to redo all the baseboard in a room. I happened to have enough leftover baseboard to replace these sections; but they should have known to ask if I wanted to have those pieces so that I could re-use them when having the repairs done.

While the service met basic expectations, my experience with the staff was disappointing. There were moments where communication felt unprofessional and my concerns were not addressed as clearly or respectfully as I had hoped.

Hmm my appliances (washer and dryer have been left outside in the elements during, rain, hail, and really bad storms and still outside being further damaged) waiting for a phone call and someone to replace them. John 602-487-6721

Work was done in timely manner but additional testing was needed for asbestos removal. Another contractor had to do more work

The technicians broke three additional water lines while remediating the original leak. They also did not remove all the wet drywall because some of the wet drywall was in a wall I planned to remove anyway. All the wet drywall should have been removed. Team also refused to bring an external power source or router to avoid overloading my electrical system, causing repeated power outages from the 10-15 fans and dehumidifiers.

They were very responsive when notified and did everything professionally and in a timely manner.

1) Rytech changed the date of our appointment which made us change an appointment with our plumber. It was subsequently changed back to the original date and time after we engaged USAA. 2) the people doing the work did not speak English.
