They were very informative and kept in touch more than my insurance company was. I was finding out from them before my insurance company.
Fast, Friendly and very efficient. The were great to work with.

Excellent customer service
Prompt initial response. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. Willing to take the time to listen and explain the whole process thoroughly. Excellent experience from beginning to end.
I liked the timeline in scheduling me and the professionalism of the staff. The work that was done was satisfactory; however, when I informed staff that not enough of the wall had been removed I was referred back to my insurance company which resulted in a significant delay. Not sure who is responsible for the delay.
Polite workers
Very timely and detail oriented.
The team was courteous and timely. They also were very thorough with explaining what and how they were measuring the issue with the water damage in my new home.
They did a good job. They were friendly, professional, and courteous.
They were just awesome. I couldn't believe how fast they came and the job they did.
I was okay with Rytech Restoration as far as what they did. When the flood happened, they were here very quickly and were very professional. I appreciated that. However, we talked at the end about them having a contractor put everything back together after they pulled the fans and everything was dried out. I haven't heard from them. I found out from the insurance company that they sent the final invoice, so they were done. They had no intention of having someone finish the work. I have worked with other companies in the past, and they did what they needed to do, then asked if we wanted a contractor to come back out and put everything back together again. That was disappointing.
They are responsive and good at their work.
prompt and on-time, and fast.
Quick response and professional
Mike who claimed to be the owner often did not respond to text messages or calls. The wet carpet padding was left for 4 days. I had to beg to have it removed because the house stunk so bad, you could smell it as you drove into the driveway. He claimed he needed permission from USAA to remove it. I was told the day after the flood that it would be removed. My window was left open for days with the air conditioning running. They moved a toilet to access some of the areas in the bathroom to work. The toilet was not screwed back down because the screws were broken off, and was not connected to running water. A Rytech employee urinated it and left it there. After the job was done and no one came to take care of it, the house started to reek of urine. I had to remove the urine from one of Rytech's employee myself. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever had to do. I was VERY disappointed with the added stress while dealing with my house being flooded and torn apart.
Rytech was very polite, conscientious, and professional. I really liked them!
They were very responsive. They responded quickly to questions, were very complete, and gave education on what they were doing and why.
