The product is overpriced.

I would say right-tech would be a good company when it's not super busy. You could tell that they were just overwhelmed with the amount of work they had, not just with my project, but with other projects around the state. Some things got missed, and forgotten or not followed up properly. They're probably a very good company, and they're probably doing a very good job following up under normal circumstances, but they kept telling us how, how busy they were. I had people show up at my house, and didn't have business cards, didn't have a truck with a sign on it, so I had no idea who these people were. That part kind of bothered me. Everybody has their bad days, and I think I got a couple of those. They had nice people, and I'm sure the people that work for them were hard workers, but just from a customer's perspective, if I were to base it strictly what I was exposed to, I probably would not recommend them. I just don't want to see anybody lose their job, and I don't want anybody to think the circumstances were different. They would have done a far better job because they seem competent.

I would recommend Rytech of Tallahassee - The Capital Region. They were professional, called ahead of time, were on time, and all of that was good. Rytech of Tallahassee - The Capital Region did a good job.

Alyssa is so great customer services. And the technician explained the work so well and helpful.

What did I like? Absolutely everything. The perfect combination of friendly and professional. A terrible situation (broken pipe and water leak) was ameliorated fast.

We felt that the PENSACOLA staff was much more thorough than the Tallahasse staff that came out the first time.

Disappointed in the service. When Manager came out to view our job, he said it would be a maximum of 5-days to dry out our bedroom & kitchen. On the fifth day, he said we needed to continue drying out. When I asked why, he said because of "bacteria due to the type of water." I then asked, "well then why would we be able to use our kitchen all this time if there is bacteria?" No real response. I called our insurance adjuster and the next day the equipment was removed. This caused uncertainty and distrust with the contractor.

Techs scratched our floors with the equipment. Probably assumed it didn't matter to provide care with our floors since they thought they would be ripping them out.

Rytech of First Coast was very professional and very timely, and they educated us on what they were doing while they were doing it and when they would be coming back out to go to the next phase and step of the process.

Damaged areas of the house out side of the area needing mitigation, needlessly. It into unaffected flooring, damaging walls from carelessness moving equipment around. Poor workmanship in opening up ceilings causing more damage than required and damaging floors and stairs due to carelessness.

Unacceptable service.

I would not recommend them due to the fact that they are doing what they can for themselves to make the most money. They don't look out for the customer, like myself. They are only looking to line their out pockets.
They did an extreme amount of damage to my house and belongings that was unnecessary.
