Very thorough

We were told by Alec at Rytech that Liz Moser at their company would provide a list and photos of damaged personal property for us and our insurance company, but USAA claims they didn't receive anything and that, "sometimes they send lists and sometimes they don't." It was never explained to me how that was supposed to work, and I don't think Liz Moser and the adjuster ever connected.

Would recommend without reservations - professional, personable, responsive, and provided understandable answers to our questions.

The only reason the rating is a 3 is because of the customer service. Where to begin? I spoke to the person who scheduled the appointment. I was very clear and adamant about ensuring my household items would be moved out of the house before demo (no brainier). I was told on 3 different occasions they would move my furniture before the demo. I called the day before because we had weeks of rain. I asked if they would be ordering a pod? No, we don't order those! Well where are you moving my personal furniture? Outside in my driveway when its been raining and sitting in the elements? I should had known then not to use this company. I rescheduled and ordered a U-Haul U store it. The workers show up the next day and demo be just shifted my furniture from one side of the room to the other. What sense does that make??? My electronics, washer, dryer, fridge, pictures and furniture covered in demo debris. I had to ask them to set up plastic barrier to the rest of the house while the fans were blowing debris around. They through some tape up and plastic that just fell down that same night.

Once Rytech came out to do the remediation they did a great job of explaining steps and why my items had to be stored so they could pull up the flooring. I was pleased that my important items: piano, antique organ, and massage chair could be wrapped up and stay in the living room (another mover had damaged furniture.) The water remediators were professional and did a good job. The remediation was well done. The project manager could not solve Rytech's communication issue with our insurance.

I had never filed a claim with any insurance company, and I didn't know what to expect. Your company made this entire process manageable and kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. Thank you.

Rytech was professional and fast to dry out our kitchen.

So far excellent. They will need to return the furniture when the contractors finish. They have been most pleasant and responsive when my husband mistakenly unpluged the fans.
