I had a main manifold leak between the guest room and laundry. There was no visual indication as the drywall was soaking up the moisture. Once the drywall was full, a stream of water starting leaking into my garage. Mr. Chris Hoffman, Operations Manager for Rytech was called in to evaluate. He sealed off any areas that may have mold, put in dehydrator, a mold spore collection device, drew picture, measured and drew diagrams. Once approved, a very able set of brothers, technicians Zach & Vince Abel with Rytech were sent in. Very prompt, professional, informative, and capable. Maria Maclnnes, owner of Rytech joined us one day. She cares deeply about her employees, company, and clients. I needed more pictures for the reconstruction company. Thank you, Operations Manager, Veronica Sparrow for responding in such a timely manner.

Most of the work was unprofessionally done. I feel that because of my zip code the work was not done professionally. There is still work uncompleted. I often heard the project advisor, Will, advise the workers and the contractors certain things. I heard, "Don't tell her this. This is nothing she needs to know. The flooring is not to level, but just put the flooring down." The flooring is still uneven in my den where they laid it down. I feel I was treated unfairly because of one or two factors: my race and zip code.
