Not enough communication. They do not communicate.

Rytech Restoration of Central Florida was awesome. Rico was very helpful in every step of this entire situation. He was very helpful. Everyone who came to the house was wonderful. It was perfect.

Rytech Restoration of Central Florida did a great job! They were out here within an hour and a half of reporting the issue. They were here very fast and did a fantastic job of getting it fixed.

Ryan was not personable. He was business like. I did not like his attitude. The installation crew broke the top of my blinds. They broke my son's baseball trophy, and my daughter's waterproof baby rug while moving furniture.

Everyone that I came in contact with at Rytech have been exceptional. I think that Shannon Tyson and Ryan Jones were very good and professional.

They worked really hard to get it done. They came out immediately.

They need to be a little bit more accurate about how long it will take to resolve the problem.

It was hard to get Rytech Central Florida to answers my questions. They stuck fans in my house for three days. I was trying to get them to come and get them out. They put them in on a Tuesday, and they did not get them out until Friday. They did give me a credit, but it was not the verbal credit.

Danny did an excellent job communicating.

I would definitely recommend Rytech, especially if Shannon T. was the water technician.

Easy to work with and showed up in a timely manner

Rytech Central Florida was very professional, and always stayed in contact.

I think they left the machines at my home longer than they needed to. When I would ask why they were still there, they would tell me they were testing things. I had another guy said who came out, and he told me everything was dry, but told me they may have been trying to see if the furniture would dry. They knew the furniture had to be replaced, so I am not sure why the equipment was there so long.

Those fellows broke my screen door. They never got it fixed and never sent the money back. Elliot said he would send my son a check for it, but he never did that. We have it on camera where they broke the door. You could see them trying to fix it on a couple of occasions.

Only if they get Shannon the gentleman that came to my house. He was very nice.

The work took 8 moths to complete. There was no communication, and nothing was done as initially agreed.

I was not completely satisfied with Rytec. I felt they were doing that minimum amount of work in order to get paid by the Insurance company.

The gentleman who came to my house was very great. He was good, friendly, informative and did his job!
