The guy that came out to my house was absolutely fantastic! He worked with me and my schedule. There was one day that he was trying to come out on a Friday, but with my work schedule, I wasn't going to be home until either 8 or 9 o'clock. He said that he doesn't work Saturday, but he could come out Saturday and get it taken care of. That was above and beyond!

Your employees were not very good at telling us when they were or were NOT coming. We would have appreciated being kept better informed. They should have called us that they were not coming when they said rather than our staying home to let them in and then not showing up!

Process took to long.

It's the pricing. I found someone significantly cheaper to do the work.

They did not remove all wet insulation because of a car that I told them not to worry about. They left critical insulation that affected parts of the house.
