Overall quality of work was good. Communication with the workers was a challenge.
Shea was the project manager on my job and he did amazing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and some questions I didn’t even know to ask! He was great to work with!!
I really was very satisfied with their job. I think they did a fantastic job. I have absolutely no complaints. They came at the right time, cleaned up all their equipment, and the roof looks great. I'm definitely happy and pleased. I really would recommend them.

the work was arranged to be done in a good fashion and then done in a timely manner. It was good work, well done. I believe the rppf will last as long as I will have the house and appreciate what and how it was accomplished.
The salesmen and staff were great to work with. The install crew we're very professional and extremely fast. Clean up was very good and a second person showed up for cleanup/quality checks which really put our minds at ease knowing the work performed and cleanup were done right! Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!
I repeatedly requested photos of completed roof project. I have not received photos of entire full roof replacement.
The project coordinator, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They worked very hard to help with our insurance claim and to ensure that we had quality work instead of a shoddy patch and repair the insurance company originally demanded. I’ve already recommended Roofsmith to several people.
I scored it a 4 because we know other people that do roofing and roof work and this company is more like a big company, cooperation, and so it's not necessarily top of line, vs like a local company. I just view it differently because of the insurance claim and how they do houses on the street. I think about it differently, like a bigger company.
