I got four quotes for my roof replacement project. Roofsmith was not the cheapest of the quotes but not the most expensive. This company is a local company with a good reputation. From start to finish everyone that I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Andrew was my project manager and the one of the reasons why we selected Roofsmith for our project. He was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. He showed up to every meeting on time and did exactly what he said he would do. Once we signed the contract, the company continued with same professional and friendly approach. Roofsmith called every Friday with an update on where we were on the list to have our roof replaced. This was nice because we weren’t left wondering when they would show up. Once we got to the top of the list they called with an appointment for material drop off and start of project. Both things were done on schedule. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. My roof looks great. The job was completed within the estimated window. The team of people at Roofsmith are great people. I would highly recommend.

The crew was prompt and they worked very hard. They cleaned up after the work was completed and did a very good job. Clean & Safe - There were a couple of small minor things like some nails and stuff being left. They came in with a magnet to pick the nails up.
Schedule - The first crew was delayed and we had some problems getting them on site but the second crew came in and did a great job.
