Roofsmith followed up on my roof project and made it right !

Quality and aesthetics of the product I am pleased with. Unfortunately, communication from Roofsmith Restoration has been poor throughout the whole process. I still have yet to have the job 100% complete. Regret my decision to work with this company.

The initial salesperson never showed up again despite his claims to always be on site for installations. There was no indication of when the roof and gutters would be installed for months. I understand supply chain problems but really?

The entire Team at Roofsmith exceeded my expectations from the first meeting through the job being completed. Would like to call out Nate Shaffer, my Sales Rep and Project Manager for his professionalism and follow up. Rarely do you see this level of customer service, commitment to the projects success, and communications from anyone. I would highly recommend Roofsmith to anyone.

Quality of product and installation was very good. However, There have been some problems with communication and receiving timely responses to questions. Issue was partially due to our original contact leaving company.

Joe was professional and answered questions promptly. Great advocate- overall very pleased with this operation.

I was pleased to have a very professional group of people at Roofsmith Restoration available to replace the roof of my historic home. The large job was completed in one day by a group of roofers who arrived early & stayed until the job was done. My yard was clean when they left. My architect inspected for me & said the roof was quality work.

I have nothing but the highest recommendation for the work done by Roofsmith. Nate and his crew were excellent.The crew worked from sun up to sundown 2 days straight to complete the job. The next 1/2 day was spend making sure the grounds were left as clean as when they started.Thanks Roofsmith

Based on communication and working with the project manager alone we would…but when it comes to Roofsmith and our insurance working together to get this done, it has been an absolute nightmare. Lack of communication with us in regards to what was happening. Photos of damaged decking was not sent to StateFarm by Roofsmith, until months later upon MY request stating that StateFarm never received them and that is why StateFarm wasn’t covering any portion of the decking. A year later and we still are dealing with issues on both ends.

Mike was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended Roof-Smith to a couple different people.

Overall quality of work was good. Communication with the workers was a challenge.

Shea was the project manager on my job and he did amazing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and some questions I didn’t even know to ask! He was great to work with!!

I really was very satisfied with their job. I think they did a fantastic job. I have absolutely no complaints. They came at the right time, cleaned up all their equipment, and the roof looks great. I'm definitely happy and pleased. I really would recommend them.
