1) They started the roof when it was raining,and it rained again after the peel&stick was on. I understand: possible seal failure,mold,etc..if it gets wet

2)Roof Ridge Vent: I was told they would use a power saw to cut a thin opening. They were using a hatchet on the left end.

3) I have dips where there were no dips before.

4) The guy was applying the ridge vent tiles. Another worker went up behind him,and picked up the stack of tiles throwing thrm in the dumpster. He started
yelling at the guy. The guy answered,and pointed to the dumpster. He yelled at him and pointed at the dumpster. The guy went to the edge of the roof, and jumped off of the roof into the dumpster looking for the shingles. Couldn't find them. The guy cut vent shingles with a razor knife on
the roof.
5)When the inspector came he wouldn't sign off because the shingles were not laying flat. So the guy that was there to get me to sign off got up there pushing them down with his foot.
6) They were working on a spot by the back corner of the patio. They asked me if I have a leak in the room right here? I told him no. He said,"You have to have a leak! This water is brown". I went inside to look. I have a brown spot in that corner on the ceiling that wasn't there that morning!
7) I was out there looking at that area. It didn't look right. They pushed the soffit down to where it was laying on the roof.There was a piece of wood under it before covered in alumunium(that was gone)and the other piece adjoining it was covered with alumlunium was all crumpled up.They straightened it up to cover the space.Anything could crawl into the attic space.It would have been better if they would have told me. When I called to tell him about it he said he could send them back to fix it. I asked if they knew how to fix it,why didn't they? He told me we have different people that do different things. I called a few people,but they were busy with storm prep.
8)I am fixing to call K L Smith Roofing to see if he can help me with that corner.⁰
