We were so glad to have our own Allstate home owners insurance handle it instead of the liable person's auto insurance try to work it out.

Bob called when he was going to be there. He let us know when he was going to be there. He was not pushy. I can not say enough good things about him. In fact, I hated cutting ties with him at the end when the project was over.

There was one thing: one of the painters, the one that did my ceiling, he didn't ask me about the color, he just did it whatever color he wanted. They put a varnish on my ceiling in my roof, but it was not quite the color I wanted. There is natural wood up there. I just said to leave it the way it was. That was my only objection.

Working with Rondell Restoration regarding my insurance claim related to a flooded cellar was like hitting the "EASY" button! I basically had to do nothing and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What could have been a very stressful incident was completely stress-free!
