Everyone was professional and quality was great.

You will think you are getting the most beautiful bath in the world for the price. It only a plain Jane with cheep materials. Won’t even cone out to finish. Will sell you a $16,000 job and only worth $10,000. Very disappointing!!!!

Romanoff Renovations, when customer paying this amount of money for a Bath Room Renovation you much be on point, period all the way. When you are providing this amount funding up front.

They do a nice job, there were a couple of glitches due to COVID-19 but they are taken care of it.

The product is not measured correctly. No one came with gloves or a mask on. The hygiene of the workers was not great.

We liked our salesperson and project manager! They were excellent! They helped to guide us through the process, helped with selections, and explained everything very well so we knew what was going to go on before we ever even got ready with the job.

The work itself was fine, however, we did not receive the setup that the salesman told us we would receive. Due to that reason we are displeased.

I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. The renovation took forever. They lacked in communication and follow-up. The build was put it incorrectly. This entire process took months and I missed five days of work due to this project. I was not informed of the status of my build. The contractor smelled of marijuana and proceeded to put my shower door in incorrectly. The owner of the company came into my home swearing up and down. The entire process was a complete nightmare.

The installers did a great job, their workmanship was high quality. The application process at the beginning of the project was an issue but the upper management resolved the issues and I was very pleased with the end result.

Romanoff Renovations were very friendly, professional, and clear and concise on what needed to be done. They completed it in a timely manner.

We signed a contract with them in December and we were quoted that it would take 3 days and it was completed until March 24th.

Everything was done efficiently. They kept me up to date on the progress weekly. and provided me with a quality job well done.

The whole team did an excellent job. The installer did excellent work and the manager was attentive, responsive, and informative.

It took too long to begin the project - 12 weeks vs 8 weeks. There was alot of turnover among staff so that there was minimal continuity within the project.

I was upset after researching post contract all the dis-satisfaction with this company. Supplies had not been ordered, project not scheduled- and there was no instructions on how to cancel the contract. At that point, we had only a sales visit- nothing else had been invested. It seemed very unreasonable. We were new to the process, glazed over the contract quickly having discussed everything, and didn’t want to create problems for Lillian’s sales quota. We were hopeful.

The contract had no definitive start and end time, so we tied to how ever long the duration of the project took- from ordering supplies, scheduling, and completion. It took months for the materials to be ordered and arrive-locally, and then scheduled. The project has taken 5 weeks, but was "signed" off on 2+ weeks ago.

It was a very generic contract, but did list the paint materials, mirror measurements, and hardware being replaced, so we are unable to complain about that. As homeowners, it is our fault for not going slower, and realizing “every” detail in writing versus the generalities of sales speak. The price point is very steep. There are 2 companies as middle men (Homeowner contracted with - Home Depot – contracted with Romanoff contracted with independent contractor (vs salaried internal contractor), so we assume this is to account for that. Being so, we should have very little to do with any micro-managing, inspection communication, and critiquing of craftmanship.

Both of us are makers, and have worked in ceramics and woodworking. We know the work that is involved for the process, and the cleanup of porcelain clay (very fine particles) . but it’s what we paid for. The process and cost have been a very big disappointment. Overall, the bathroom is acceptable., but I do not expect to have to scrub the dirt stains, or attempt to clean the grout off the tile surface. Grout smears disappear when 'wet' into the grey of the tile.

While Romanoff did try to address concerns we were able to make without feeling overwhelmed with complaints- but how do you trust a company that subs out sub-quality work. I really would have appreciated if Matt was more critical of the craftmanship and aware of standard practices, in order for errors to be caught and fixed before discovered by us. I'm not a professional, yet, wooden trim in the shower will remain damp. How long will that last? will there be a problem?

The only issue was the shower head because it only dribbles.

I went through a process of quite a few months trying to get a shower door. I even purchased two doors through different companies, and once I got an installer to come over they were not able to install them. What I liked about Romanoff is that they came out and measured, and then they made the door. There would be no way of saying that it wouldn't come out right. That was the plus about it, that they came out and measured and made the door according to the measurements. There was no way that things would go wrong. Everything worked out really well, and I thank them for that.

They explained their answers to my questions in detail. I was so very satisfied with the work and the customer service I received from both of them.
