The drywall that has water damage should be removed. The wood studs might also need to be replaced depending on if there is mold or rot. The insulation behind the drywall should also be replaced. The ... read more

My parents have 60 year old frame 1 story with full basement. Water is beginning to seap in at the floor to wall morter joint. Is there an inside fix?
