The first time I used your company the employee was great, and total worth every penny.
This second time I had placed a large deposit. And they came out and were there less than a half an hour, and charged me for the full 2hours plus. All they did was switch out a plug, which I had already determined.
I will never use this busi.ness again.

Cary came out to do the quote. Listened to what I wanted done. Did the estimator thing and figured out the details. Made some suggestions to have a better installation.
Don and Ace came out for install. They did a great job. Started by explaining clearly everything they were going to do and estimated the time.

I would highly recommend Rock Electric. I was fully taken care of as a customer from start to finish, beginning with a very thorough sales call to ensure the quote would meet all my goals. The crew that worked on my house were communicative, clean, and worked efficiently. They walked me through the job site in detail when their work was done.

The PSE Permit inspector stopped by the next day (after the crew was gone) to take a look and close the job. He was also highly complimentary of the work that Rock Electric does.
