Absolutely likely to recommend!

My one day full roof replacement took 4 days on my 1400 sq ft house. A crew of 3 were sent when there should have been 4-5. My project manager at the start was barely onsite and when asked why it was taking so long the response was “I don’t know”.The crew cut away plywood before I even had a chance to see it needed replacing and when I asked for pics from the PM there was no evidence to support the replacement. Because it now needed to be replaced I had no choice but to be forced to pay extra. He goes on leave of absence mid project and I have to now speak with the production manager over a holiday weekend to try to understand why after day 2 the job still wasn’t completed. Again the reply was “I don’t know”. Tuesday a new PM was assigned who was much better with communication but he tore a window screen during clean up and had I not noticed I’m not sure it would have been fixed. My flower bed was completely destroyed as the tarps they put up were never secured to the lawn so all the debris fell around the period my house instead of away.You did reimburse me but the hassle of needing to buy new plants and fix what was damaged was not what i signed up for. The entire experience was terrible including so many changes to my contract that needed to be resigned at least 5-6 times. Truly disappointed with your company.

Joe introduced us to RJW. He was very informative and clear. I was impressed that he never pressured us. In fact he allowed us to continue our research and get back to him. We chose RTW and his approach.

Great overall experience from the Marketing sale rep. who block on my front door, to the Sale rep presented the complete package. Right down to the great installation and clean up. I was also impressed on the professionalize of he service men who come to measure and had to remove molding around the front door to ensure proper measure. They replaced the molding and clean up better than it was before.

Right now I'm waiting for a follow up on a piece of window that was bent during installment, was going to tell them then that the kitchen window gets off kilt when opening and closing andbthatvthrre ate 2 Safety Lock features that won't open because the window frame come slightly over them , but haven't been contacted about the replacement piece yet. I'm hoping it's not a case of now that I've been installed and paid in full I'll never here from you guys again

The project was well explained and cleanup was done thoroughly. I believe I received a good value for the work that was put into the roof.

An excellent organization , top notch. Contractors get a bad rap many times, rightly so due to shoddy workmanship, delayed projects, not fulfilling the contractual obligations etc .... but our experience with RJW was outstanding. Would definitely recommend them to others. Note, the PM was as good as they get for this line of work, thumbs up.

Everything was well in the beginning, but towards the end a lot of confusion was going on. Still waiting for the workers to fix the crooked lock and supply one of the brackets for a door.

Installers were on time.They completed the install in the time frame they gave ,let met confirm I was pleased with the job and cleaned up everything before they left.

I was nervous at first knowing I would be in the hospital for the second half of the week while the install was taking place having a planned c-section, but Jim made the entire process completely stress-free. He kept my husband in the loop and answered any questions we had while we were away.
During the first half of the week, we had some unexpected additional work that needed to be done as part of the project and Jim explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner.
It was such a pleasant experience overall, my husband and I both agree that we would gladly go with RJW again for future work on our home.

I had two windows installed. They look great. I had to add my own trim on the inside but that was easy and pretty inexpensive to do.

The company is extremely responsive and organized. The estimator and installation crew are truly professional in their knowledge and conduct.

From presentation to installation, everything was done with the upmost professionalism.

While the actual windows are beautiful, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness or caution demonstrated by the crew. Our kitchen was left coated with a thick layer of dust and nearly 20 nails/screws were found outside beneath the new window, where our 5 year old plays. Additionally, one of our window frames was cracked during installation and will need to be replaced. A screen was also torn. The financing process was not smooth; many phone calls were necessary just to pay our bill! The overall result is a vast improvement...just wish there weren't as many bumps in the road to get there.

The installation crew was on time, courteous and removed all debris. The project supervisor kept me in the loop on the time line.

I found working with RJW personnel, from sales to production to installers to be a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend RJW to friends and family.

Materials were of the highest quality and installed with care. Every effort was made to perform at peak performance with complete consideration for my property. All three projects were completed to perfection. My property was left in perfect condition. The cost may be a bit higher than some other companies, but after having a terrible experience with one of those, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I would recommend RJW to anyone in an instant. I believe they are a superior company who wants to meet every expectation of their customers and who makes every effort to do just that.

Chris was professional and a great communicator during the entire project and his team was fast, clean, and friendly. The office was proactive in rescheduling when we had bad weather for one of our work days and was always able to answer my questions.

Try not to insist on wife/partner being present at sales session. This may not be feasible due to work schedules. You lost the first project for the sliding door for this. 2nd time you were more amenable and got the living room windows project.
