$18,000 for a shower! Really!

The new shower is one of the best renovation investments that I have made. I went from that small tub/shower surround to a shower-only oasis. I expanded it to a 36-inch base and the roominess is awesome. The Luxstone walls are solid, non-plasticky, unlike acrylic walls. The water repels right off of them and there is no grout or wall caulking to deal with. It was pricey but the quality and the shower experience are well worth it. The installation team was very professional and took care to keep the house clean and damage free.

Everything went according to plan. We especially liked our installer Brian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job.

The salesman was great. The installation was great the wait time for products not so much but overall very happy.

Jimmy, our salesperson took time to explain things to us and helped us design our shower. Two days after he ordered the supplies for our shower my husband was in the hospital for emergency heart surgery. I sent Jimmy a text asking if we could put a hold on the order until I knew if we would need a roll-in shower vs a walk-in shower. He did that for us. It was no problem. He kept in touch with me and let me know that he was there for us if we needed anything.

Carlos and Miguel (our install team) really cared about our situation and included us in decisions about placement of shower sprayers, soap dishes, grab bars etc. When I took my first shower everything was just where it should be for safety and ease of use.

From start to finish everyone that entered our home was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us.

This is the owner Gale Rinker this experience has been horrible . Three times they had to come back. Still not corrected as of today. Plus now my down stair ceiling is leaking from the shower. Has to be replaced but they don’t want to hear about that. Shower doors still leak waiting for new ones to come in. Pan wasn’t installed probably now that leaks. Now would u be satisfied.

Attention to detail

I can't answer this right now as I am waiting on a follow-up visit for a plumbing problem that has only occurred since the installation of the bathtub. Depending on how well their service teams reacts to this problem will definitely have an affect on my rating.

Didn't communicate enough on payment. Wouldn't give me detailed breakdown as I kept asking. Salesman said tub would be quiet, it's not!

The communications between purchase and installation was very poor and almost non-existent. When someone spends $17K for a shower, it should not be too much to expect to receive contact over the 2 months you wait for installation

In hindsight, we should have taken more time in decision process to see what final selection would look like. Disappointed handheld is in place of shower head and should have ordered shower head with handheld diverter. Also, should have been informed regarding the drain and if any other options available. We had 2 showers installed and one shower does not drain properly leaving standing water under the plastic cover over the drain. Standing water remained for almost a week cloudy until it eventually evaporated.
