Our overall experience was excellent! We are very pleased with our new walk in tub! I can now get my special needs daughter safely in the tub and it also has a handheld shower. The installation team team was excellent and very friendly.

The quality of the windows and knowledge was superior.

I would tell them to be sure the tub is what

The installer was great, very knowledgeable about installing windows and did a wonderful job. It was very hot that day (around 100 degrees) and he carried on with his job as if it was a comfortable 70 degree environment.

The install crew did an outstanding job in some extreme heat conditions.

Every individual that we had contact with from the company was friendly and helpful.

During the presentation, I explained my design expectations. They were profoundly promised. The installers completely ignored my comments as they were installing the shower.

From the initial appointment everything was communicated promptly.

Would recommend, not cheap, however nothing is anymore. I don’t mind paying for quality and this was a first class installation.

I think the best part was that everything was completed within two weeks once we decided to go ahead with our new shower. It is exactly what we wanted and we love it. No regrets.

The whole process was wonderful, they did not use high pressure sales tactics, they were willing to listen to what we wanted and what worked within our budget and they work was done efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with our new windows!!

Timely morning arrival on Day 1 was great. Mid-afternoon arrival on Day 2 meant a late day and clean up after they left around 7 pm.

In the sales presentation the sales rep discussed seamless walls. We were very surprised to see plastic click-in seams. It makes the shower look cheap. This would be fine if we paid $8000, but the cost is $17000. We paid premium price and received, what we feel, is a budget looking shower.

The guys who installed were GREAT. The only issue we have with the windows that has nothing to do with them is the shiny noticeable sealant on the windows. Apparently this was the only choice given we have a log home.

The process was very easy. John Willett delivered what he promised. Brian was very responsive and listened to my needs and any concerns along the way. Mark had a few hiccups at first but once he got going it all worked out. Very happy with my new windows. Hopefully nice and warn next winter

They were on time, friendly professional cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality work that was done by Rite Window Co. The 2 plumber/contractors that installed our walk in shower were very polite, respectful, professional and kept the work area clean as they progressed through the project. We had our bathtub removed without issue. They arrived at 10am from over 3 hours from home and didn't leave until the job was 100% completed at 6pm. Everything was picked up and spotless. They put down drop cloths to protect our carpet. I would highly recommend Rite Window for any work to be completed by them.

Team was on time and worked efficiently. Clean up was amazing.

Better communication. More careful and not do damage. Accidents happen I know. And lastly clean up better.

The quality of the product is well worth the price. Especially, if comparing it to other shower materials. Installation staff were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Plus they clean up everything before they leave.

Awesome quality great looking custom-made windows at a price much lower than that "replacement window" company. Reasonable turn-around time. Very professional, efficient, and friendly install crew. And great communication from the company keeping us in the loop while our 11 very large (84" tall) windows were being manufactured. Plus, no change to the exterior appearance of our 1865 French Victorian mansion (it's condos now -- we couldn't afford a real mansion!)

The design consultant was very helpful in designing my new shower. The materials were available quickly, and my shower was installed very quickly. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very professional and nice to work with. And they did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. Communication from the home office folks was not as great. They never provided the promised design consultant information (so I didn't know who was coming) and they give him a different appointment time than they gave me.

The entire experience from contacting Rite Window for a consult/estimate through to the installation was exceptional in all aspects.

Would definably recommend Rite Window. They did a great job and fast. Took care of all the mess .So completely satisfied with the job.

The process - from the polite and friendly callers to the in home visit to the installation -was a pleasure. The people were all great. They knew their stuff and they answered all questions and made sure we understood information and how to operate the shower etc. the installation people were super efficient and cleaned up and were extremely careful bringing things in and out.

I was told the project would leave my walls” paint ready”, however, a significant amount of work was needed to get it to be paint ready. This was exacerbated by the fact that the shower doors were put on and getting a ladder in and out of the shower to get up above the shower walls to sand and paint made it very laborious and more difficult than it needed to be if it was finished in a paint ready manner.

The price seems high but don’t do a lot of comparison shopping.

Initially we were satisfied, but after we discovered our vanity has been ruined with stains all over from a spray the workers used. Sales person forgot to include ceiling panel on the contract which had been discussed. Even though it was offered to be installed in a different day we did not choose to have it. Our tub spout was defective and guys did not show up in designated time set to replace it. Plans had been changed to facilitate someone home during the set 2 hour window. So even though we are satisfied with product, following installation had been very frustrating.
