Ridge Top definitely knows how to do their jobs. They are efficient and very willing to listen to the client. Always willing to answer questions as they arise. I am glad we chose them and would do so again.

Although we had issues with communication to complete our job to satisfaction, we would recommend Ridgetop to others. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

Ridge top came out to do the estimate and within the next few weeks they had our roof done. They were very easy to work with and arrived early. The job was completed within one day. They were very professional and called me if something came up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

Quality products & workmanship; good attention to detail; flexibility with scheduling

The Sales rep was great, project manager was great, but the quality of workmanship could be better. It’s seemed like they work fast, instead of working to make sure everything is working properly.

The first day on the job (6/23/2025) they did our roof. The field manager had my husband sign off on a "walkthrough" document and collected "balance due" without ever doing an actual walkthrough with him and before the project was even complete. He ended up leaving before the crew finished for the day and we never heard a word from him again.
The following day they came to do the gutters. We did not hear a word from the field manager that day and they ended up missing half of the project altogether. There were supposed to be gutter guards and a splash guard, however they were not installed and some of the workmanship was really poor.
Upon contacting my Sales Rep., he was very professional and apologetic. He reached out to have them complete the project, directly asked our field manager to reach back out to us to actually do a walkthrough and send us photos and videos of the project. However, we still have not heard a word from our field manager nor received our photos or videos.
I also asked that they DO NOT deposit our check until the work was actually complete, but they did anyway.
The project was completed on 7/28/2025 and I was not contacted even once that day - we had no idea when (or even if) they were going to arrive that day. When I got home that day, surprise! It was done. To this date we’ve received zero follow-up after the fact.

Overall not a good experience. We had multiple project delays, unprofessional subcontractors, holes left in the side of the house for weeks while they were figuring out their stuff. I expected better for the project cost so will not be using them again for any additional jobs.

The overall experience with Ridge Top has guaranteed that we won’t reach out again for any future projects.
