Though it took them some time to schedule the installation, they performed a fantastic job overall.

First time using them. I found them super organized and operated just like their TV commercial-no fine print and no hassle. I got an update every two weeks while in the queue waiting for installation. Great experience.

I would recommend RGS Exteriors because they listened to my needs, didn’t try to sell me on unneeded projects, were professional and friendly. But they are busy so it may take a while for them to get to your project!

I am a General Contractor that has used RGS off and on for decades. I recently had them on my job to do extensive rain gutter replacement work on a high end custom home in Salt Lake City. I was concerned if their installers and quality of work were up to the high standards of the past seeing how I hadn't used them for some time. I was quickly set at ease my Tim Junior, the owner, and his foreman, Ross, who was assigned to my job. They handled things so professionally and in a timely fashion.
When installation day arrived I was contacted by Gabe and Romel who arrived on time with every hard to get item necessary to complete my job. They started the job that afternoon and completed it the following day. They did an exceptional job and left the job clean and the new gutters looking amazing. I am very particular when it comes to who I entrust my project work to. That being said, I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and will recommend them every chance I get. I have to eliminate a large amount of the subcontractors I vet due to substandard work and business practices. It is far to common in the world in which we live today. It is so refreshing to find quality businesses who employ trained professionals and take pride in a job well done. RGS is one of those old school established businesses that do just that. I have had them work on my own home in years past and highly recommend them for anyone in the market for rain gutter services!

After being bribed to give a 5 star review for this company, RGS has diminished in our view. The product seems good, but the ethics seems bad.

Recognized Excellence - I'm not sure on any names. The guy that did the bid was very helpful and had good ideas, and those that installed were polite and careful in their work and made it look very nice.

One of the only problems was a lack of communication after signing the agreement and making the first payment. We signed the agreement on Sept. 21. The plasterer didn't come until the week of Oct. 23, and the rain gutter guys until Oct. 31.

Absolutely will recommend-RGS does great work and I appreciate the finish product.

Daniel and David not only did an incredible job with the install but were two of the most hard working people. They went above and beyond to complete their job in a timely manner. Quinton was very helpful and ensured the gutters, heat tape, and leaf toppers were a good match to the roof and house colors. Cristo and Quinton made sure the project was completed right on time - they even hung up our bird feeder and wind chimes. When it came time for our progress payment and final invoice, Hailey and Lacie took my calls and questions - always timely. They were kind and efficient! RGS you have a great team. He was patient with my questions and I didn't feel rushed or forced into making decisions. He was respectful of my decision making process. My installers were Gabe and Romel. They were exceptional to work with. They arrived on time and walked me through the project and the steps they would take to complete. The install went great and I'm pleased with the results. I worked with Lacie from the office staff and she was professional and courteous on the phone. She made the process from scheduling to billing easy and efficient.
