They did everything that they were supposed to do in a timely manner.
They worked with us to make sure the installation went well and was done right. Everyone we talked to was very helpful
On the day of the install, I walked out to talk to the installers to ensure they understood what we needed. The installer explained that what we were asking for wasn't necessary. On the first rain storm, all of the water ran right back to our house as I described it would and RGS had to return to fix what could have been remedied at installation. They were fast to get it fixed and very good about it.
This is an excellent company. They were willing to help us with our unusual exterior and finding a solution!

Overall a pretty good experience. I am definitely happy with the results of the work. The craftsmanship and quality seem to be top notch. I normally can find imperfections with contractor work, but I still haven't seen any on the siding or gutters. It was quite expensive, but I imagine any provider would have been similar. There was a long wait between signing the order form and the job actually starting, over 4 months. I understand this is primarily because of supply issues - it just takes a long time to get siding right now. That being said, they also collected a hefty 30% nonrefundable deposit, which is a bit of a risk for me to give them when the work isn't even starting for four months. I understand that RGS has risk too, and has to order materials and stuff, so they want customers to have skin in the game - I'm just saying 30% is a lot to pay when you have to wait that long for anything to happen. RGS was generally good at communicating, although the start of the project got pushed back by a week or two about three separate times. One of those times was because they fired the crew that was supposed to do my project because they weren't doing good work, so I guess I dodged a bullet there, because the crew I got was really good. They did apparently schedule me before all my materials had arrived, because my crew had to stop mid-project and wait for more siding to come in, which took another week and a half. I suppose all these things are normalish things that happen for these types of projects. Like I said, the end result was very good, even if it took a little longer than I would have liked, so I would recommend RGS for the end result they can provide.

The project was delayed because of material. The initial install happened a week early while we were away. The follow up after our problems was good.

They were all good, from the salesman to the installer to the lady in the office. Every single person was a credit to the office, as they did a good job, were personable, and were easy to work with. I have nothing bad to say at all, only good things!
Recognized Excellence - Aaron, the salesman, was fabulous. Josh did the gutters, and he was great, too. The lady in the office was fabulous. Every time I called, that is who I would talk to on the phone. She was so good. Sometimes when you call companies, you can tell they are busy, but she was never like that. She acted like you were the most important person in the world and that is saying a lot as you do not get that often.
Why Us? - I found them in the home magazine, and they had the best reviews, so I though that would be good. So that is what did it. They were good and that was true.
RGS was a fair value for the job. While my job was straight forward gutter installation, the work was well done, they cleaned up the job site leaving no damage or debris.
When the work was done it seems good except for front door. Contract stated a PAINTED door would be installed. It took almost a year to paint the unpainted door that was finally installed. Estimator, Office Staff and Service technician were most kind.
Far too often good employees go unnoticed. The guys who worked on my gutters (Romel, Gabe and Aaron-salesperson) went beyond my expectations. I appreciate their hard work and time to get the job done right!
