We felt that both Randy and Marty did a great job. They seemed efficient and put back the backyard wires as I had wanted. I was also impressed by the person (I think it was Gabe) who arrived the day after the soffits were completed to replace the gutters.
We had several home projects which I investigated last fall. I did not have any names so I went to Home Advisor for a first look. Prices make some difference, however, RGS was mid-range. I appreciate that the response for an estimate was timely and professional.
I had been worried they would not be able to fix some areas where the old wood had pulled away from the house but this did not seem to be an issue. The new soffits and trim are a huge improvement. Often the hardest part of having work done on a private residence is getting response to enquiries. I found that RGS had good communication with the office, the representative and the on-site workmen.
They did just as they said they would and I am happy with it.
Looks great! We’re excited to have a rain storm to see how well the gutter and topper work. Exceptional quality service from everyone we interacted with at RGS. The person answering the office phone was friendly, polite and helpful. John, the estimator, did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the products (rain gutter and gutter topper) with no pressure or up-selling. Josh and Quinton (installers) exceeded expectations and had a “no-problem” attitude when they noticed the color of the gutter topper they brought didn’t match the roof shingles well. They knew they had a better matching color in the warehouse and quickly made the trade in less than an hour. Quality material and workmanship. Not surprising that RGS has been Best of State for several years.

Josh, the installer, did an excellent and professional job of installing my rain gutters, cleaning up and answering all of my questions.
Our problem was created because a previous contractor did not take the time to finish the project and do it properly to ensure correct drainage. We appreciate Tim taking the time to fix the problem. It was a no invasive direct solution.
Tim was helpful and kind providing a solution to our problem. He followed up to make sure things were taken care of.
