I didn’t need to chase anyone, everyone was polite, professional, respectful of my home, understanding of my situation, did everything in their power to complete work on time, efficiently, and left my home tidy. The water leak was found, and the crawl space was cleaned up for the plumber. The workers were courteous and efficient.

Abel Hernandez was really professional, personable, punctual, and really thorough in everything he did when he was out here.
When they initially came out, they did so in a timely manner and did what they were supposed to do. When they left with their equipment and took down the tape, they didn't reconnect some items, including a water filter and a garage disposal, and sliced a pipe behind a wall in the process. They came back afterwards when the equipment was gone. They attempted to fix the slivered pipe and crack but didn't do it right. I had to hire a plumber to fix everything they did wrong, including the installation of a faulty valve. It started leaking. They took everything down to the studs, like they were supposed to. That was when they sliced the pipe. They pointed it out to me, and I can't say they didn't know. My original leak issue was fixed. They created a whole new problem. The sink wasn't properly supported either. The other plumber had to install supports for the sink, since I cannot use it until this process is done. In the beginning, they seemed to be on top of things. By the end, it was not good. The plumber cost me $1,200 and still has to come back. They lied about not cutting the pipe at the end.

The project manager, Nathan, who was in charge of everything, was excellent. Also, Ricardo, I believe that is his name, and his team went above and beyond. They were excellent, personable, did excellent work, and worked very, very hard.
RMC was very responsive during the whole process. However, I told the demo crew how to disassemble my cabinets and asked they take care not to damage them as they removed them. They did a poor job at this likely because they assumed the cabinets would be replaced anyway. My insurance company is only paying to repair these cabinets so that is going to extend the project and result in a higher cost.
