All the people we have dealt with from Renuity from the sales rep, office administration & the installers, have been very good to deal with. On the first day of the installation, they found dry rot under a window that went into the siding of the house. This was outside the perimeters that our contract listed so they informed me that their work would be stopped until I found a contractor to handle the repair. Once I did & had dates when the repair would be done Renuity right away worked me back into their schedule so the walk-in shower install could continue in a timely way. They were concerned for us to have a functioning shower as soon as possible.

21000$ for shower only????????

Our new Kohler Renuity shower is just wonderful! It is even better than we anticipated. It feels much roomier than our old shower. Easy to clean by just using a squeegee on the glass doors and you're left with a sparkling shower. We recommend this shower system 100%.

More experienced sales pitch that gets everything they need while they’re at house ie pictures, measurements—less focus on price and sign today while they’re at house. Install crew should not smoke in driveway; the tarps should be clean and properly cover floors without major gaps; vacuuming and debris glean up should be done like it’s their house not cursory and time pressured; project manager should check in during job at least once to see how it’s going, any questions or concerns —be more responsive

as with almost anything, the sales guy over promised. actual product not quite as good as warranted. for example, they promised to be there by 9 am. 9:15 at latest. didn't show up until noon ish. then the plumber was late; they couldn't finish in two days. they told me the glass would not require squeegee; yet spots were visible after one use. they told me the floor would not be slick; yet I had to put down anti slip stickers to feel safe.

Quality of work, friendliness of workers, professionalism of workers

Teach your installers how to install i’m not sure why the stone walls are bowed, but they should be flat and not curved on a flat wall. Also leaving their garbage and trash spread across the driveway to the point where I have to pick it up over the following weeks is unacceptable behavior for supposedly professional installation your workers are personable and friendly. Their skills are sorely lacking when it comes to being neat and clean I would greatly appreciate the ability to contact Renuity and have one of their professionals come out and take a look at the quality of the work that was done in this installation. It’s for these reasons that I’m unable to recommend you this company for anything other then perhaps gardening.

Make sure the installers can get the panels up any stairways before starting the installation. We had to wait an extra day for the solution. I appreciated the solution provided by your company - I ended up with shelves I had not included originally!

The process was not complicated. The project manager kept us informed throughout the process, the installers were professional and warm, and they took my needs and into consideration and communicated effectively. The whole experience was great.

I would never recommend this company for anything! It took a month to install the tub.

There was a lack of coordiontion between the plumber and the shower installation crew.

We were told during the sales visit that the glass shower doors would not get water spots. And that the shower pan was nonslip
This is not the case. The glass is ordinary glass. Just has some Rainx on it. The shower pan is slippery.

Only concern was the initial slipperyness of the floorpan, which was then solved by the texturing treatment.
