Took a long time after signing contract to get the shower installed. The shower pan had to have non slip surface sprayed on because the installed pan was slippery. We specifically asked the salesperson if it came as non slip surface and he said it does. One of the shower doors was warped and had to be replaced and sealing strips had to be added because there was gaps where water spray would escape around doors.

Poor communication. I had to reach out several times for scheduling and many times to get the job 100% finished.

We have been so happy with the process that we are considering doing the other bathroom. The quality of the product and the ease of the installation really made a difference for us! Loved the staff that we worked with!

We are happy with the product so far. It's just very expensive. Crew could have been more professional (choice of language and not smell heavily of smoke when they enter our home) and not be so hurried, nicking up surrounding surfaces and an incomplete clean-up.

The price was high, but is comparable with the going rate.

Kile and Z did excellent work. They were on time, worked long hours, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They were also pleasant and knowledgeable. I would be willing to have them work on my house anytime.

Beautiful walk in shower.

Total experience was good, especially the install team. They were prompt, respectful, and very transparent when explaining what was going on. Answered my questions promptly and satisfactorily. Zach was especially informative.

I installers were quick to solve problems. However, the last worker did not finish to small pieces to make the installation complete. I would like that to be remedied since I am 95 and unable to crawl around on the floor efficiently!
