I don’t know how we could have had a better experience. From the initial meeting to the crew that did the outstanding job for us that turned out positively beautiful!

The shower stall met or exceeded our expectations.

My only complaint is how long it took to complete. No where near the quoted time.

They did a fantastic job. Very careful with everything around the job. Showed steps as they went. Gave suggestions for placement of grab bars and set. Being handicapped I was very grateful. Great job done in two days!

Yes, all the guys from sales to installation were fantastic. The informative all the way, very knowledgeable and answered all questions.

The installation went well starting 2/24(26, but there’s been an issue with the tub since then and I have no resolution. I quickly notified Reunity (Jason) about the issue and it took days before he could come check on the issue. Some of that delay was based on travel across Snoqualmie Pass. The onsite visit was 3/17.
He agreed there is a problem and would meet with his plumbing team and get right back to me, I had our “on demand water unit” annual maintenance performed (3/23) to rule out that as the problem. It is not the problem.
After a week I still had not heard from anyone and reached back out (3/27) to only hear “Got your message . Will get a solutions.”

Good quality

Every one was professional in appearance and conduct. Product was as promised. There were no unexpected problems that they couldn't fix on the spot

1) It took a long time before getting the installation booked. 2) The wrong size grab bar was installed. 3) The wrong size door had been ordered, so we had to wait for another to be delivered, resulting in 7 days for installation rather than 2. 4) The door leaked after the first shower - it turns out that it had never been caulked, resulting in another day before it could be used.

The plumber that installed the plumbing for the first shower wasted a lot of time chasing parts and equipment. And the plumbing fixtures in the second shower don't work properly. The transfer knob is extremely difficult to turn. And the upper shower head is much too high.
Also, there was an awful lot of dust left in each bathroom.
I picked up debris in the driveway that should have been cleaned up. And dust from cutting panels stuck all over my husband's truck.

Installers were great. The scheduler could have been better. The parts for our shower were "in" but then a few days before install they were not in. She was to call back after the install and never did so they vould put in the

Completely satisfied from beginning to end. We selected the right company.

I would recommend Renuity - Seattle as they were very professional and communicative. They were also able to accommodate to our requests of having additional parts installed that we bought the time of installation.

We were treated with Respect and Extremely Professional Courtesy while the workers were here at our home!

No pressure and the convenience of only having shower unusable for 2 days.
