The price-to-performance ratio was great, and I feel I received good value for my investment. The company has an efficient process in place, and all the people I interacted with, from customer service to the installer, were professional and helpful.

Quality, convenience and timing

As homeowner, I was totally unprepared for the extent of cleanup & remodel necessary post install. I was also disappointed to wait months for the install & to receive conflicting instructions regarding the cleaning of tub.
