The project was not completed as bid. When informed of this the representative of Pacific Bath's comment was "That's how we do things." When I contacted the supervisor about my dis-satisfaction he told me that he was sorry and would like to make things right but when I suggested a compromise with them to correct the problem I was brushed off and haven't heard back from Pacific Bath since. My project remains uncompleted and un-useable to date.

The electrician and the plumber left the cover off the water meter by the curb, left open the door on the breaker box, and left fiberglass insulation hanging from the ceiling between the joists. After installation of the tub, the team leader did not check to see if the shower hose worked properly. When I used the shower for the first time, water leaked out of the hose into the tub and into the basement, wetting the wall and some of the items that I stored in the basement. The company had to find a working shower hose and send out an installer to replace the defective hose that came with the tub, and this was after the tub unit had been sealed.

Quality workman, good workmanship for most part. Shower looks great and built to some specific specifications for my semi-handicapped use.

The new tub is very convenient. It still is slick on the seat & the floor so I still DID need to put a mat down in these areas for safety sake ---which is what I was trying to avoid. I am installing a mat today ---I was a bit perturbed when I took my 1st bath in the new tub that it was so slippery----I guess that would happen because the soap may cause it so I just decided to put in a non skid mat . Somewhat disappointed since I'd spent so much money to avoid slipping in the tub .

The communication with project manager was horrible. I had to call to find out where the crew were when they were gonna come and I ended up calling her three times and she should’ve been calling me to let me know.

We hit a roadblock two hours into the install. Micheal said that if there was subfloor damage they had means to repair. Did not happen. Tim the installer apologized next time he came for handling it wrong.

I did not get the shower I ordered. The installers (who were great) assured me I would be getting a call from management. Eleven days later, I have not heard from anyone.

The whole process was well thought out and done with skill and expert experience. The guys came in and knew exactly what to do as a team.

The gentlemen who came to install our shower were professional and didn't mind our dog - in fact, they were happy to see her and gave her attention, which she loved! They kept the workspace neat and cleaned up after themselves, and installed a beautiful shower that we love.

Kael has managed our shower installation very professionally, communicating quickly, and fixing problems resulting from the installation.

The entire process was great from the quote process through installation. We chose Pacific Bath because we felt they were the most transparent and trustworthy of the quotes we received.

When the installer arrived the shower space was smaller than he understood it to be. This resulted in having to do some work rounds, which created extra work for him, and certainly a lot of extra work for me and very importantly delayed the completion of the project by about three weeks. One of the things that attracted me to Pacific Bath was the quote “done in one day” commitment

Installers left a mess on our cabinets in the bathroom. It was difficult for us to clean up and there is still some slight watermarks that can still be seen. The showerhead had some damage. We were told it would be replaced, but have not had an update if that is truly to occur. Billing company set up is sketchy.

A construction project like our two bathroom renovations only took two and a half days to complete. We are still in awe of how well this project went.

After the in home sales representative came to my home to introduce me to the company and product, there was never follow-up, outside of my initiation, how the project was moving along.

They were 100 percent professional and I had to work left them alone in my house thanks guys.
