We are happy with our new shower, happy with the installation and the crew. It was done in 1 day although there was no tear out. It was framed and plumbed before they arrived. The 9 rating is because it seems like a lot of money for a shower and we’re hoping it will last for the 15 years it will take us to pay it off.

The professionalism of the whole installment team. They were all well mannered and respectful to us and our home. It was like we had been friends for a long time. They did a fantastic job.

The crew did not show up on the scheduled day. I called to find out what the delay was and they indicated one of the crewman couldn’t come. So we had to reschedule a week later with a different crew.

The whole experience from sales to installation went very well…the installation crew run by Greg did an excellent job.. they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves every day..
If you need a walk-in tub, they are the best people to do it..

Professional and friendly

This is the second shower we have had renovated, so obviously pleased with the quality. The installation crew was on time and were hard workers. Kept us informed on their progress through the work days. Once again very pleased with the both the look and the functionality of the new shower. Highly recommend.

The main installer, Bruce, was on-time both days and his work ethic excellent.

The reason I did not give a 10 was because of the cost of the project. The crew and the materials used were great, but I think the cost is more than most people can afford.

Easy to work with, very professional, always someone to help us, good suggestions for placement of locker, valve & shower head, sales person easy to work with, crew awesome. The product is beautiful. Finished shower is wonderful.

The installers had to come out 7 times before the installation was done correctly. The first day the lead didn't show up, although the plumber and assistant did and waited for several hours. The lead kept saying he was on his way and would arrive "in 10 minutes." The next day it was a similar situation. The lead arrived a couple of hours late and the crew began the demolition. Then the lead went out to his truck and passed out. The demolition was completed so the following day a crew came and set the pan, then left. The following day the installation was "completed." The next day I went to use the shower. Unfortunately there was a leak behind the tub spout, which resulted in a flooded bathroom floor. I also noticed that the caulk around the pan was very yellow. On day 6 the plumber repaired the leak, but noticed that the tub spout and drain cover finish did not match the shower head finish. My husband died, so it was several days before someone came out to replace the tub spout and silicone. Once again, the replacement drain cover did not match the chrome finish. Unfortunately, it leaked again...which meant I was unable to shower again because this was the only accessible shower after my hip replacement 3 weeks earlier. The plumber fixed the leak on the 7th trip. My husband and I installed the tub ourselves 15 years ago. Including doing all the framing, plumbing and tile it only took us 2 days - which is what I was quoted for this shower installation. Other than the one guy who was repeatedly late, the crew members were polite and personable. But the delays were unacceptable, especially for what I paid.

Job is not finished, issues with the frame being scratched and waiting for new replacements to arrive so team can come and replace the parts. Issue with quarter round not put in where base board was removed. Missing washer in the shower head, water sprayed out of connection, this was put in so the shower fixture is working correctly now. The shower piece was also blocking the lever to turn the hot water to the hottest, I had to adjust that myself. Very expensive two day job that was installed on November 3rd and 4th and still needing to be finished as of November 15th.
